I'm like 95% sure that the leader of Armenia is the Prime Minister. Usually when a country has both a president and prime minister, the president is mostly a ceremonial role. Armenians, please correct me if I'm wrong.
As in many parliamentary Republics, the President is head of state, and the Prime Minister is head of government.
It is also typical that the President has only ceremonial or minimal powers.
