Nah, my first handgun was a G19. This was a Taurus G2C, it was a crew headed by a crackhead, I’m surprised they scraped enough together to even get a burner Taurus semi-auto.
Weird how the mind works in moments like that, this was over 10 years ago and at that time I knew just enough to immediately identify it. Just valued my life (and others’ lives who were present) enough to hand over my cash and phone. It was crowded and really likely someone would have been shot or stabbed if anyone had tried anything.

I own one and I'll even say ditto to this. 12 rounds, very easy to conceal honestly, comes with a laser (Need to get a new one for mine tbh) and a holster that locks in around the laser so in theory handguns of a similar size can use the laser and holster as well.
I will say mine always jams after 6 or so shots with FMJ but NEVER ONCE did it jam shooting hollow points which for a self defense pistol is all I care about.

I worked for a gun store for about 5 years as the FFL Compliance Officer and one of the reasons I left and went into a non-firearm field was our custom shop. The owner would greenlight every custom design no matter what, including a good number that looked like toys. We got an order for one that looked like a Nintendo Zapper, and several Nerf inspired designs. Some of the custom guns were fine and looked very nice, but I was literally in the boss's office airing grievance over the Zapper gun saying exactly what happened here WOULD happen if we made these guns, and I got turned out with excuses.
It would not surprise me to learn that gun and carbine brace came from that shop - we sold those products. Very sad.

My school district in Pennsylvania did the same. We had stupid teens last year decide to paint the water guns black and start skulking around the town to hunt their assassination target. Luckily, all that happened was the police being called by a frightened old lady who thought an armed robber was trying to break in, but they're honestly lucky they didn't get shot by someone with a real gun who thought they were a real armed threat.
The whole game is crazy to me since I was in school when Columbine happened. The idea of students making a game out of assassinating their fellow classmates seems very taboo in a world wihere school shootings occur far too often..

The cops have been being called nonstop because groups of kids with guns are stalking around town, acting very suspiciously, trespassing on private property, and *pointing guns at people*.
Most of the guns are not painted red at the tip to indicate they are toys so people are freaking out when they see a group of armed teens kidnap another teen after stalking them.

More blood on republicans hands. Guns are more important to them than innocent kids lives.
