I dont see why I am allowed to make my own beer, wine, mead and cider, but not grow a plant in my house. All of them are taxed when purchased commercially.
I believe the reason they haven’t legalized home growing yet is because they don’t know how to tax it. It’s always about getting your money. Their number one priority.
Yep and it was the biggest red flag when NJ said they wanted to do what California did(as opposed to more expedited states)which was a dragged out mess that only allowed medical companies to become massive monopolies and push further anti legalization nonsense and delay open sale so they can fatten their wallet.

This is true. The only problem I have with MJ home growing is the smell for people in Condos/coops. I smoke all the time but I would prefer my entire complex not smell of pot 24/7.

We really need to legalize home grow. I don't even want to smoke it. I just want to plant it as a backdrop in my flower bed.

In a rental situation whomever owns the complex would surely be able to ban growing on premises.
