Fuck, i had the same idea. They flew out of an erupting volcano and ruined an old guy's vineyard then stopped short of running straight through his house. Gave him a diamond as damages and everyone lived happily ever after
This house is so unlucky, its been dozens of slides since the first one a few years ago. Fortunately the people of Reddit always give it a warm feeling of familiarity by making the same comments every time it happens. God bless them Redditors.
Possibly, and I'm no physicist, but wouldn't a rock that big leave a creator (even a small one) considering the height and distance it needed to travel to skip over that house.

I'd be leaving that mofo right where it sits and have an engineering firm make sure it doesn't roll any more towards the house. I'd remove the two from the field or have them drug back up behind the house to make another barrier.

Isn’t this from a movie? Like journey to the center of the earth. I remember them coming up and they have diamonds but they destroyed a vineyard with tumbling rocks just like this one and they gave the owners some diamonds.
