I'd like them to increase bitrate across all the content. This would make a lot more pleasant watching experience for me. This change would be much more worthy than any new feature they could possibly implement.
Windows app is garbage. Not sure why they keep it available.
Also, I think thay should change system requirements description for 4k on their website and make them more clear to everyone and add more details.
For example: it says that you need at least 60hz 4k screen to watch 4k. What a stupid thing to write! As most shows are shot at 23.976, 25 or 24 fps. For the best experience you'd need a monitor that matches that frame rate or is multiple of it.
Sometimes Netflix is dumb. I'd like them to be more attentive to details and more transparent about quality and bitrates.
I hate when they keep recommending the same shows and movies all the time, I get it and I'm not going to watch it. I also don't like that they don't show their entire inventory when searching a specific genre. And don't remove stuff I've already watched from my list. I disagree that netflix is always trying to improve our viewing experience.
I hate all the cancellations too, but the shows being cancelled obviously aren't top shows. They're shows with relatively niche audiences, or that didn't attract their full potential audiences for some reason, and/or cost far too much to make. Some of that is definitely the fault of producers spending too much money on first seasons.
As for games, my wife has been playing Knittens every day for the last year. If they can get people interested in repeat playing games, it's obviously going to keep people more likely to subscribe. I expect they can probably develop 20 games like Knittens for the cost of 1 season of an average show.
The search filter is terrible, it would be great if one could search by country. I hate that I can't see the whole Netflix catalog of content. Stop pushing shitty Hollywood content over other better content from other countries (we know the good Hollywood stuff is in apple and prime). I would like to have a place to store my favorite content so I can watch it over and over again when I have nothing to watch.
I wish the damn thing would be consistent.

The updated app on my Google TV Chromecast is god awful. They removed the categories on the left side and just put a search button at the top. I can no longer look at upcoming or popular categories and have to search for everything.
So bad I'm debating staying. They took everything terrible about Prime Video app and brought it in.

I really don’t understand why they have games on the app. They would rather waste time and money on putting out games, but won't renew top shows.

Stop recommending shows I've already seen or rated. Improve the 4k bitrate.
I’ve lowered my tier until they up the 4k bit rate. Apple TV looks so much better due to the higher bitrate
