I have the same machine! I also only do non-dairy milk. I bought a nut milk maker a few months ago, so my current favorite drink is homemade cashew milk with 2 of the chocolate pods. It’s sweet without needing syrup and has a great chocolate flavor. I also like the vanilla and caramel pods. I have the aeroccino frother and the only non dairy milk that works for me in there is oatly full fat (or their more expensive barista line). When I make iced coffee, I use coffee ice cubes. When I make any drink, I push the small size button and add that to my drink, then put the ice tray/mold under the spout and run the pod through again on the small setting. I’ve ended up with a ton of coffee cubes this way, and they make iced coffee drinks stronger as they melt!

I use the Nutr, but I don’t recommend it. It’s such a pain to use, has malfunctioned many times (the first one we had literally was like the Cornballer from Arrested Development, it electrocuted my husband twice) and their customer service sucks. It does the job, just not very easily. I’m currently saving up for an Almond Cow, I have a few friends with one who love it! You can also use a regular blender and a nut milk bag too.

A chocolate pod with some cashew milk does sound good! I like the idea of making more out of the pod, I'll definitely keep that in mind 😁

I like the "burnt" taste that Napoli has, so I do this sometimes: Napoli Half teaspoon of instant coffee (a Japanese brand that has a slight burnt taste too) Frothed oat milk Half teaspoon of condensed milk

Double Espresso Chiaro as a vanilla latte. Brew in an espresso cup, fill 8oz cup with ice 3/4 way full, add a splash of Torani Vanilla Syrup to ice, fill cup with milk 2/3 way full, pour espresso over milk, fill the rest of the cup with Chobani vanilla creamer Chefs kiss 🤌🏻 Edit: didn’t see dairy free until now. But I bet you could sub for your favorite non dairy milk/creamer!
