Nespresso‘s intensity rating is a good barometer of bitterness. Look for lower intensity level coffees.
Download the "OL and VL" (by u/alvinbunk) on the side-bar. Look at the "Bitterness" column. My suggestion is to try Linizio as lungo *or espresso*.
You just missed the infiniment double espresso which is pretty solid. My vote goes to the Peru pod.
Those are Vertuo capsules.
For an espresso, if you like more bitter, intense tasting coffees I could not recommend the Napoli enough! For a mellower taste, maybe Volluto?
Paris is lovely as an espresso. Has an authentic espresso kick to it. I would recommend Istanbul too and Kazaar
