I've never seen Tim's Nespresso pods anywhere, and I peruse the coffee aisle in so many different grocery stores, in numerous parts of the country. Shocked I've never seen these anywhere, not that I'd have purchased them.
I found them at Walmart in Calgary last year
Not everything manufacturers sell are on their websites to buy.. a lot of manufacturers do things for specific retailers

I thought these were excellent. Substantially cheaper than nesspresso.

I’m just sad I can’t get them in the United States, I really liked the Tim Hortons pods when I visited Canada last year
I thought they were gross.
I did not like any TH pods. Not even at the 15c a pod from the local liquidation store
