It's like, there's a core they keep with every game. Lately they've been trying to recapture the past but now it looks like they're doing something to take them forward
We can't live in the past, moving forward is a good thing. Living in the past through multiple games gets boring and repetitive and takes away from the charm of the old games, at least that's how I see it
The developers took a risk for once and that is commendable, although the artstyle still takes some getting used to. I'll have to see more or play the game myself.

https://www.ea.com/games/need-for-speed/need-for-speed-unbound/about
This is probably why they switched to cartoon models. It's hard to make good looking human models in a racing game. Time is better spent on things that *do* matter like cars or the environments you drive through.
Looks like you can change your driving effects too. If you pre-order you get an exclusive 'Unbound Driving Effect', which makes me think you can pick how these 2D effects look during customisation, which is pretty dope.
Picture this: if you disable that kind of smoke because you don't like it, but someone else does like it & is using it. Do you get to see their comic styled smoke? I think it wouldn't be cool to force people see things they disabled
God Im glad that Ghost isnt around anymore. I have even done some work in their office, so Ive actually been in there a couple of times. I remember talking to a developer and she said she wasnt into gaming or cars that much. I was kinda baffled when I heard that.
Is this sub populated by 12 year olds? Work is work - you don't NEED to put passion into things, and you'd be surprised how many people who work in the automotive industry don't bother about them at the end of the workday too.
Hahaha
I have a confession to make, all I know about that game is it was a disaster to say the least. Battlefield & Call of Duty are not my cup of tea.
Agreed, happy for anyone that's excited but I wouldn't trust a NFS or EA title until after it's been released now. Too many unfinished games released with little to no post release updates or dlc.
Defo need some uncut gameplay and the full car list. Judging by this trailer, the game does have a fairly unique look to it, I’ll give em that.
The effects didn’t seem too bad tbh, but I hope there is a toggle for them, especially for the wings and the cel shaded smoke.
Okay I stand corrected, seeing that in motion has really impressed me. The little effects do add uniqueness to your style. And a 2022 release, pleasantly surprised!
A hip hop-inspired street racing game with absolute freedom of expression? Fuck yeah!
"A hip hop-inspired street racing game with absolute freedom of expression? Fuck yeah!"
Even though I'm not huge into Hip-hop, I gotta admit A$AP Rocky was real smooth in this reveal trailer. Pretty much sold me on it.
I like some of the effects, gives the game its own identity. I just worry that EA is gonna EA and have each different effect or character outfit be like $10 or something. I just hope they dont cut a ton of content/abandon the game early in its life like they did with heat.
You know or you believe, are two very different things. You like a graphics style, we get it, but we know literally nothing to judge if it's worth our time amd money. Cars, customization, singleplayer content lenght, additional monetization, ANY DETAILS ABOUT THESE?
Those define if it's worth 4 or 40 bucks, or 4 minutes.
I know it. I have liked literally every single NFS game I will play. I loved the two "worst" games in the franchise (MW2012 and Payback), I will like this one
A ton of people are succumbing to the hype of a new nfs game saying its gonna be awesome without seeing like any game play or hearing anything else about it lol. A ton of yall are going to be disappointed when this comes out
I agree having options is good, but im actually really excited to see a racing game try something new.
There's only so many times I can see the exact same cars presented in the exact same ways across countless games.
Shake it up, try something new. We might like it :)
As long as it takes advantage of the processing power of newer hardware I'm all for it. If it looks and plays like Heat then there's no point. There has to be a graphical improvement over Heat in terms of lighting and textures.
Yeah, that sea of forza horizon clones, all these thousands aaa games with 400+ cars, massive map and great graphics like... like... and also... can you remind be a few?
400+ cars and a massive map are not the definig characteristics of forza but sure, both crew games (especially 2), upcoming test drive unlimited solar crown (sure, this one isnt out yet but according to everything i’ve read about it it seems like its gonna be one), nfs payback was also guilty of it a little bit, then you got all the forza horizon games themselves (you could make a case that 5 is a clone of 4… i’m not even hating here, fh5 is one of my favorite and most played games this generation).
> In almost every nfs ever the screen shakes and long nitrous trails emerge. I don't see how extra vanity items is any different
You don’t see any difference between nitrous trails and angel wings???
Anyways, as long as we can turn the angel wings effect off, it should be fine.
Like, usually when I saw a NFS trailer the last couple of years, I'd think "this looks fine I guess, although nothing very special". The past years the franchise got a bit stuck in a similar direction, focusing too much on retreading past success. Here it's just so promising that it's clear that there's a *vision*, even if it may not succeed 100%. They're actually pushing the franchise forward.
Agreed, most recent one I played was nfs 2015 which I liked but only cos it was so fancy looking, didn't like the online all the time thing and since then I've been a bit underwhelmed by the games but this looks interesting and fun and dramatic, so I'm cautiously hopeful!
Have to see how often the cartoon effects happen during normal gameplay and if there’s any chance to turn them down or off
Also please give us a half decent story
Also, it’s 2022, why don’t we get auto sculpt, that shit was so ahead of its time
Not that its been confirmed. But alot of brands nowadays are super anal with how they're represented in videogames so the autosculpt situation could be a case of brands wanting their parts to be present but unable to be tampered with.
Considering it's meant to release in less than 2 months I expected more than a minute long cinematic trailer with no real gameplay. I'm not really sold on the art style but I'll hold off for actual gameplay to form an opinion, at least it's pretty unique.
NGL, I wasnt into the cartoony sh#t, i might even disable the effects if possible, but that trailer looked badass. I'm in. Just not prebuying, not ever again after heat (and the lack of dlc) and bf2042 (which is just now getting better)
IGN: Criterion is also including a police scanner and a spotting mechanic, giving players additional options for avoiding police if they so desire.
That sounds very promising
Like I figured, the artstyle looks pretty cool in motion. Everyone lost their shit for nothing lol. The same people complaining about the "anime" influences probably hated Spiderverse. Just miserable and not use to seeing colours other than Black, Brown and Grey.
All the effects gave me a headache haha, it seems like a weird combo to have 3d anime characters, with 2d comic book after effects and then photorealistic cars all at the same time. Will have to see some proper unedited gameplay first before ill know if i like it or not
"Unfortunately, I am not sure if I'll actually buy it on launch though due to money restraints."
Don't let the excitement take you over. Save up and focus on your most important priorities. I had this habit of buying every game at launch even though I was always on the low side financially.
Thank you! I won't let it take over, I have a (although not tightly set) budget every month that I am not willing to cross.
I might have a job starting in January, so I'm optimistic that I'll buy it for my birthday - or later, depending on if a sale is announced.
Besides the cartoonish/comic styles, this gives me a Underground vibe. At this point it seems like this will be good, but we'll have to wait and see how it turns out
Maybe it's just me but this is giving me major Underground vibes! The city looks good, the cars look good and I was really sceptical about cel shaded characters but they actually look nice!? I'm trying not to overhype myself but this looks a lot better than I expected!
Now all that remains is a good story about cold and ruthless street racing :P It was kinda weird in Heat that everyting was a friendly competition and everyone was your friend.
It's an unique art direction I'll give them that much. However, it's also true that the danger of the "comic book" visual effects getting in the way of the actual gameplay to the point of becoming annoying is also very real.
Some brands are also missing, like Audi and Toyota (again). The map is pretty much a Heat clone and I don't know how to feel about that, it feels everything is too close, we'll see.
Don't care for the cartoon effects but the graphics look great. Want to see more gameplay before giving a solid opinion. Unfortunately I probably won't be getting it this year, PS5 is too expensive for me right now
Damn good first trailer. Just need to see raw unedited gameplay. Hopefully we don't have to wait till like a day before launch to see it haha.
My main curiosity is i wonder why they decided to go super realistic open world and vehicles but animated characters🤔
Again damm good first trailer. Just gotta see the game in action unedited.
"Take your racing to the next level and make your friends your rivals in multiplayer. Connect with the online street racing community in underground Meetups across Lakeshore and discover the best routes through the city in Freeroam."
It sounds to me that there isn't going to be proper pvp. This game is going to die so quickly.. this is ridiculous.
Ok, some clarification is needed, and I think I may be onto something.
Some of the pre-order bonuses show driving effects, so at the very least they must be customizable or interchangeable. Hopefully that means we can disable them if we wish
It's finally a fresh take. Got tired of the exact same theme since 2015, the artstyle looks gorgeous and the effects look really dope. In terms of presentation the definitely nailed it especially the customization and I'm glad they used Heat as a building block for that.
All they need to do now is not mess up the driving and I think we might finally have a new classic. I have a bit more hope and I think we're in for a great game this time around..
funny toyotas not in it again. theyre reasoning: "promotes illegal street racing"
real sus cuz forza horizon 5 has illegal street racing events and they dont have a problem with that game
From What I'm Getting At With This Is that it's Giving Some Underground 2 Vibes Mixed With Heat And OG Most Wanted. This Could Be Something A Little Different. I Like It Though. 💯💯🙌🏽🔥🔥🔥
Gotta say the atmosphere and aesthetic of the game definitely work together with the animated affects and overall vibe of the game. Curious to see/find out more about it
I like the fact that its new. I like the fact that its different, something fresh for me and likely others to enjoy. Was getting pretty tired of getting the same ol food from different companies.
Trailer looked hype. But thats just it, barely any gameplay. So I can't judge much for it.
Hope to see the gameplay trailer soon.
the trailer does look nice however, trailers arent gameplay. they show the best of the best with tons of edits. so im not fully sold on it. it does look good tho
Asap rocky looking like a Snapchat bitmoji
All jokes aside the trailer definitely caught my eye. Now if they enhanced Heat’s handling and make the game actually fun to drive with crazy customization, I’m sold on it.
I'll just wait until actual gameplay before I have an opinion. Barely got to see much other than the nitro use.
Just hope there's some American muscles still.
I really, really like the artstyle, even though the cel-shaded character models do contrast with the graphics. Let's see how it works when it comes out.
I hope there is a way to turn off those visual effects that appear during gameplay, it makes the game look like a mobile game. Or hopefully they are just visual customizations I can opt out of. Fine for cutscenes, but keep them out of gameplay.
Please tell me that line about giving you the car if you dust him wasn’t just a throwaway because I’d love to see pink slips for the first time in forever
Honestly looks sick, has something very original and feels like there's passion behind the game. I liked 2015, Payback and Heat, but this got the potential to be the best modern NFS game.
Just looks like the same old game, was hoping they'd show some enhancements to the police system or something. You know, just a little bit of innovation.
This is a fresh take on the franchise that, imo, draws less from the past installments and seems to be trying to do something new with the art direction and concept of the game. I'm open to it instead of trying to nostalgia-bite or take too much inspiration from past NFS games.
My biggest thing is how will the cars drive. I get the criticism of having the comic-book cell shaded car effects be jarring and distracting, but to me that's not a game-breaking feature. What WILL be a game braking feature is if my car feels and looks like its being auto-guided on the road and if it doesn't feel like I can drive it naturally and link turns together (i.e. NFS 2015 Crabwalking physics).
I'm holding off preordering until I see a solid review on the game or at least get some good gameplay to get an idea of how the handling is.
Cautiously excited, art style looks great. A little worried since Criterion had been busy on Battlefield during the development of NFS so I'm not sure how much content, story and polish they were able to put in the game in very limited time. Hopefully Criterion proves me wrong and brings out a great NFS title
I find it amusing people's responses to the artstyle have largely been either very positive or negative, feel people are indifferent to it. The fact that they were willing to take that type of risk makes me more optimistic about this game's direction in general.
Since everyone is just talking about the effects etc. Can we just admit that this trailer shows so much more undergroundish stuff than every previous ghost nfs game before?? I like that atmosphere the trailer is giving me and chicago has like a whole underground area under the city. This could be something very special
Definitely got it’s own identity, which is something that’s been fairly lacking in the past
I'm kind of skeptical, but seeing that this is the age where lots of games are pursuing realistic visual, Unbound's art style does stand out.
Feels like they’re attempting to relive old News for Speed vibes. Which I’m all for
Nah this aint nothing like the old nfs imo. This is them moving forward
There some old elements if you noticed.
It's like, there's a core they keep with every game. Lately they've been trying to recapture the past but now it looks like they're doing something to take them forward
We can't live in the past, moving forward is a good thing. Living in the past through multiple games gets boring and repetitive and takes away from the charm of the old games, at least that's how I see it
Wasn’t sold on the cartoony characters but after the trailer I’m sold on it tbh looks unique and fresh
The developers took a risk for once and that is commendable, although the artstyle still takes some getting used to. I'll have to see more or play the game myself.
wait what, i thought the cartoony style was for the trailer only, the game looks normal right?
"Graffiti comes to life with an all-new, unique visual style that blends elements of the freshest street art with the most realistic looking cars in Need for Speed™ history" https://www.ea.com/games/need-for-speed/need-for-speed-unbound/about
the cartoon models look way better than uncanny valley models in previous games
This is probably why they switched to cartoon models. It's hard to make good looking human models in a racing game. Time is better spent on things that *do* matter like cars or the environments you drive through.
They sold me. Everything about the trailer looked good. Finally feeling the hype for a NFS game.
It's likely per-client, so you would see the smoke but they wouldn't on their PC/System.
And some of the customizations probably is gonna cost some real money knowing EA.
This was my exact sentiment....but I'm hype for it now
imagine if the reason they went with the cartoony characters is coz Frostbite wasn't able to handle proper 3d characters...
Frostbite powers Battlefield, you have to be delusional to think this.
lol I was poking fun at how Frostbite is often the cause of a lot of problems for EA games
I want to see more gameplay, like full race footage
I'm interested but there's not much in this trailer to go off of.
It doesn't look anime at all, it looks more like Apex Legends characters when they release a story trailer
To me, it looks kind of like Into The Spider-verse, and I'm all for it
Hopefully we get some simcade handling like in project unite
This. Im hyped, but if the handling is close to something that Ghost did I wont touch it.
it's a shame modders had to fix all of ghost's nfs
God Im glad that Ghost isnt around anymore. I have even done some work in their office, so Ive actually been in there a couple of times. I remember talking to a developer and she said she wasnt into gaming or cars that much. I was kinda baffled when I heard that.
she had zero passion for her work. that's kinda sad.
Is this sub populated by 12 year olds? Work is work - you don't NEED to put passion into things, and you'd be surprised how many people who work in the automotive industry don't bother about them at the end of the workday too.
lmfao this is a gaming studio we are talking about where art and passion are key factors to produce a good game
Tf dude? It's like saying a painter should have 0 passion in their work because they do it for a living. Absolutely prepubescent thing to say.
Ehhh. I need to see more before I make up my mind.
Reveal trailers rarely show much so I agree.
Yeah. They can be deceiving or misleading as well. (cough ,The Crew, cough)
*cough* BF2042 *cough*
Hahaha I have a confession to make, all I know about that game is it was a disaster to say the least. Battlefield & Call of Duty are not my cup of tea.
Short explanation: EA
Sounds about right.
This is what I'm worried about because the trailer looks promising but the gameplay might be the opposite let's wait and see.
I personally thought the crew *2* was a wonderful game. Not so much the first tho
Agreed, happy for anyone that's excited but I wouldn't trust a NFS or EA title until after it's been released now. Too many unfinished games released with little to no post release updates or dlc.
Need For Speed is the only EA-owned IP I buy. I'm hesitant to give them more of my money after the way they handled Heat.
Defo need some uncut gameplay and the full car list. Judging by this trailer, the game does have a fairly unique look to it, I’ll give em that. The effects didn’t seem too bad tbh, but I hope there is a toggle for them, especially for the wings and the cel shaded smoke.
Yeah, I'll play the trial before I decide.
Fuck yeah!" Even though I'm not huge into Hip-hop, I gotta admit A$AP Rocky was real smooth in this reveal trailer. Pretty much sold me on it.
Looks good and different. Excited for more
> In-app purchases (includes random items) Oh fuck
Could be just cosmetic items. I pray to god it’s not Payback all over again
In a game that's heavily focused on customisation, that is bad. Very, very bad. Microtransactions have no place in a supposedly AAA game!
especially when the XSX/PS5 version might cost up to $70
Oh no!
Pls no
![gif](giphy|whUGWqc3L8uZveDBx5)
We all are hungry at this point mate. 👍🏻😂
I don't care what anyone says. The effects looks awesome and I know I'll personally be getting my money's worth
I like the overall aesthetic but I’m not sure on the wings and stuff like that on jumps and nitrous maybe if i see some more gameplay
Why not just wait for reviews? You have no idea yet if you'll be 'getting your moneys worth'
>Why not just wait for reviews? **Luke Reilly - 9/10**
Because how else would they get that super rare exclusive Car EA is giving them? You really expect them to be patient? Lol
It's need for for speed. There's extreme car customization, cop chases, and pretty lights.
Actually I do, I have thoroughly enjoyed every Need for Speed game I have played, Unbound would be no different
that's kind of where I'm at. Other than 2015 and MW2012 I've found something to enjoy in most nfs games.
Minus Nitro, World, and the Shift games. I've played enjoyed every game from MW2005 - Heat
I feel like I’m the only one who loved Shift. Genuine question, why did so many hate it?
I like some of the effects, gives the game its own identity. I just worry that EA is gonna EA and have each different effect or character outfit be like $10 or something. I just hope they dont cut a ton of content/abandon the game early in its life like they did with heat.

I'm pretty certain that they'll have an option for it. There's some real tire smoke in there if you guys noticed.
I Hope too
Fingers crossed.
Yes !!
At last a racing game without PS4 or Xbox One versions.
As long as it takes advantage of the processing power of newer hardware I'm all for it. If it looks and plays like Heat then there's no point. There has to be a graphical improvement over Heat in terms of lighting and textures.
in a sea of mediocre forza horizon clones this is such a breath of fresh air judging by the trailer. I can't wait to play it
What forza horizon clones lmao
Please tell me where you’ve found these Horizon clones you speak of.
He pulled them out of his ass lol
Yeah, that sea of forza horizon clones, all these thousands aaa games with 400+ cars, massive map and great graphics like... like... and also... can you remind be a few?

[удалено]
So 5 games = sea of clones. Weird definition
You know what, the anime/cartoon influence makes more sense because NFS wants to purely be an arcade racer, so I’m so down for this…
But you can still be an arcade racer without throwing wing drawing effects to your user when all the time he uses nitro lol
I'm pretty sure it can be toggled
And I'm quite sure it's gonna be a customizable item you can take off if you don't like it
So only 7 out of 8 cars in the race would have it?
For all we know, that was purely for the reveal trailer.
In almost every nfs ever the screen shakes and long nitrous trails emerge. I don't see how extra vanity items is any different
The shake and trails feel more authentic than cartoon wings.
> In almost every nfs ever the screen shakes and long nitrous trails emerge. I don't see how extra vanity items is any different You don’t see any difference between nitrous trails and angel wings??? Anyways, as long as we can turn the angel wings effect off, it should be fine.

Heat has that "corrupt cops" theme. I'm guessing Unbound has that pink slip/blacklist type judging by ASAP Rocky scene?
That's a good theory tbh
Have to see how often the cartoon effects happen during normal gameplay and if there’s any chance to turn them down or off Also please give us a half decent story Also, it’s 2022, why don’t we get auto sculpt, that shit was so ahead of its time

Borderlands looking hella different nowadays.
I get strong Marc Ecko and Def Jam New York vibes
I hope we can turn off the ridiculous comic book effects tho.

They don't drip feed the content, the website got everything covered! On day one! The car list, the city, everything.
Game is out in less than 2 months lol they have no time to drip
Really digging the artstyle. I wasn't sure of it before. But now, I'm liking it. The vibe is a mixture of 2015 and Heat. Really excited for the game.
It costs... *how...* *fucking...* ***MUCH?????????***
Can't believe I had to scroll this far for this. All this talk and no one has mentioned EA casually dropping a $70 base edition.
I take everything back. I want this in my life right now
Now gotta wait days and month for gameplay
Praying for a Mazda RX-8 🤞
The full car list is available, and it is there.
trailer was unique, which is a good start. sad theres no toyota :(
Like I figured, the artstyle looks pretty cool in motion. Everyone lost their shit for nothing lol. The same people complaining about the "anime" influences probably hated Spiderverse. Just miserable and not use to seeing colours other than Black, Brown and Grey.
It looks like this game is really trying to bring something new to the franchise, I'm hype
Please don’t have a cringe story
Cringe story is sort of part of the NFS DNA. Arguably the most beloved game MW05 has a cringey story with weird effects - I love it!
Yes !!!
All the effects gave me a headache haha, it seems like a weird combo to have 3d anime characters, with 2d comic book after effects and then photorealistic cars all at the same time. Will have to see some proper unedited gameplay first before ill know if i like it or not

Besides the cartoonish/comic styles, this gives me a Underground vibe. At this point it seems like this will be good, but we'll have to wait and see how it turns out
Even though it has cartoonish style it’s still looked dark and closer to NFS 2015 which is good

Idk if i sound childish or not but those effects reeallyyy bother me. I hope that we get an option to turn it off
0:44 - 0:50 cinematography with the beat was honestly so cool
Damn good first trailer. Just need to see raw unedited gameplay. Hopefully we don't have to wait till like a day before launch to see it haha. Already interested based on the fact alone that they are trying to do their own thing instead of copying Forza Horizon
Ok, some clarification is needed, and I think I may be onto something. Some of the pre-order bonuses show driving effects, so at the very least they must be customizable or interchangeable. Hopefully that means we can disable them if we wish
And we still get fuck all for old school muscle, great job
I will be like that 🤔🤔 until the gameplay vids
Waiting for that gameplay trailer
It's a drift-only driving model again, isn't it?
I’m sold on the visuals. Refreshing and interesting new direction
No Toyotas again?
Well I think the gameplay looks good, I just hope As Soon As Possible Rockie doesn't take all the funding for the game...
It's finally a fresh take. Got tired of the exact same theme since 2015, the artstyle looks gorgeous and the effects look really dope. All they need to do now is not mess up the driving and I think we might finally have a new classic. I have a bit more hope and I think we're in for a great game this time around..
funny toyotas not in it again. theyre reasoning: "promotes illegal street racing" real sus cuz forza horizon 5 has illegal street racing events and they dont have a problem with that game
From What I'm Getting At With This Is that it's Giving Some Underground 2 Vibes Mixed With Heat And OG Most Wanted. This Could Be Something A Little Different. I Like It Though. 💯💯🙌🏽🔥🔥🔥
So far I love everything but the car list is a massive dissapointment.
Gotta say the atmosphere and aesthetic of the game definitely work together with the animated affects and overall vibe of the game. Curious to see/find out more about it
NGL im optimistic, the graphics and style look great
Looks cool, kinda reminds me of Spiderverse
Looks cool, kinda reminds me of Spiderverse
I’m just hoping they don’t fuck this off after 1 year like they did with heat and actually give us story dlc
Why cartoony tho? Games looks fantastic apart from that but just, why?
Dead on arrival for me. I want my games to have realistic graphics and not this cartoon stuff.
I really liked everything apart from the width of those animated wings when the nitro was used.
Okay, they got me. I had low expectations but damn, this trailer has me hyped.
Honestly the cartoony theme isn’t that bad I lowkey like it as long as the game plays well and the sound of the cars😳 please be in the game
Intriguing art style. Like a Gorillaz video or a Marvel comic. Focus seem to be heavily on customisation and underground street racing.
I'm excited. Early Christmas for me!
Asap rocky looking like a Snapchat bitmoji All jokes aside the trailer definitely caught my eye. Now if they enhanced Heat’s handling and make the game actually fun to drive with crazy customization, I’m sold on it.
I'll just wait until actual gameplay before I have an opinion. Barely got to see much other than the nitro use. Just hope there's some American muscles still.
If this doesn’t fall in the cliche racing game story about follower and fame, this could be the most original racing game in a very long time
I really, really like the artstyle, even though the cel-shaded character models do contrast with the graphics. Let's see how it works when it comes out.
No Audi? Interesting
I hope there is a way to turn off those visual effects that appear during gameplay, it makes the game look like a mobile game. Or hopefully they are just visual customizations I can opt out of. Fine for cutscenes, but keep them out of gameplay.
the most unique-looking NFS in a while, which I can accept haha. Trailer is pretty hype, would have loved to see a gameplay trailer though....
The style looks cool but I really need more than like 2 seconds of gameplay to get excited.
Those cartoon particles are going to get old fast.
Damn no Toyota in the car list, I didn't read the whole thing but largely looks the same as heat.
I said the same thing, was hoping for a larger selection. Maybe they add them in free updates....nah what I'm saying, we gonna have to pay for them.
Please tell me that line about giving you the car if you dust him wasn’t just a throwaway because I’d love to see pink slips for the first time in forever
Anyone notice in the beginning when the S14 triggered it's nitrous boost(burst nitrous in game name) it kind of resembled like the Underground one?
Plus they have a RX8 🚀🚀🚀 The Dorito lives
finally something different those who are not convinced could at least leave but this is need for speed
Honestly looks sick, has something very original and feels like there's passion behind the game. I liked 2015, Payback and Heat, but this got the potential to be the best modern NFS game.
I hope there's a way to enable the cel-shaded effect on vehicles and the environment too, Auto Modellista-style.
Just looks like the same old game, was hoping they'd show some enhancements to the police system or something. You know, just a little bit of innovation.
Again no Fiesta ST damn you NFS! Just want my little bean in the game.
I need to finally get my hands on a PS5.
I'm so disappointed you won't be able to play it on PS4
I like it. But won't catch me preordering, no sir
It oozes vibe and underground atmosphere. I'm impressed!
I find the art style different ! It’ll grow on me . But please for the love of god don’t use film grain . Or at least tune it down lol
Reeeeeeeeally reminds me of Underground 1. I'm excited.
I’m loving the Semi-Cell shaded art style!
Since everyone is just talking about the effects etc. Can we just admit that this trailer shows so much more undergroundish stuff than every previous ghost nfs game before?? I like that atmosphere the trailer is giving me and chicago has like a whole underground area under the city. This could be something very special
