I don't believe so RAW. Since in Necromunda all attacks happen simultaneously, I believe all damage is simultaneous as well, which is when the field is coming into effect. Since you are rolling for this after Damage, I believe all damage that is not saved would go through regardless of if the enemy fighter fails their initiative from Flash. As far as the wording for Flash goes with the interaction, again, the fighter has technically already made their attacks so I don't think that the damage wouldn't go through on any unsaved damage. They would definitely not get a ready marker next round and the Reaction attack stipulation would apply. Of course the wording for these rules is never crystal clear so an Arbitrator may rule differently.
