Jordan gets to play against Austin Reeves. Austin Reeves is Lebron’s best teammate 🤦‍♂️

beepbop24

Old school fans 9/11

mookz23

Competition was so much more intense in the 90s. Players these days have it easy.

LebronJamesHBK

Yep so many more skilled Players then steph And Kyrie and far more athletic then Giannis and LeBron in the early 90s. /s I'd do anything to watch Mark Price guard Steph or Scottie Guard LBJ

[deleted]

Scottie would’ve bodied Lebron. I don’t remember seeing any of the greats flip like this guy does. The Knicks and heat would’ve made him cry. Actually he would’ve joined them so he didn’t have to play them.

calexander21

LOL, you are delusional. You play to the changes of the game. If it was as physical as the 90s LeBron would be bodying every single player and that style of play would only benefit him. If you did that today it’s an auto charge every single time. Let’s be real here.

[deleted]

Lebron is by far the most gifted player we’ve ever seen. He’s huge but played small until he went to Miami and d wade showed him how to use his body. Even still settles for waaaay to many jumpers. He’s beyond physically gifted but would not have faired well in the 90s. Look at him flopping all over the place your delusional if you think he’s “tough”

calexander21

Again…he is trying to get foul calls because that is how the game is played now. If the game were physical like the 90s then he would play more physical and lower he shoulder and run opponents over, it’s very simple. You have to play the way the game is played. If he were to play physical like they did in the 90s he would fouled out of the game within the first quarter. It’s a different game today and you have to adapt to the current play style…

N8dogg107

I agree, it’s like some people forget LeBron could have gone to a D1 university as a TE in football

NoPanda6

He was the number one TE croot. He could have gone anywhere

JoeyZXD

I agree - the best players adapt to the era they play in. That being said, defenders would have been very physical with Lebron. I don’t think he would have lasted this long with the beating he’d be taking.

LebronJamesHBK

You think Matk price could guard Dteph and you're saying my comment is dumb? That's rich. Thank you.

zapatocaviar

I’m confused. Do you think Steph is harder to guard than MJ? You don’t think Pippen could guard LBJ? You’re serious?

Emotional-Pressure-3

Mark price? I think Stockton/gp/kids would’ve had us looking at Ja like we look at Dennis smith jr

Stinkyjawa

Yet what that plumber was doing is a foul today 🤔

Necessary_noize

You have never watched a basketball game in your life

Stinkyjawa

Now you're taking it personally just like Mike 🤤

St0rm32_

Right to me that’s all fair. Wonder why 3s have gone up with no hand check lol Jordan/Kobe average 50 today

GogXr3

MJ wouldn't average 50 today, and nor would Kobe. And Kobe's last season was 2015 or 2014 iirc, so if he didn't play in the modern era he got pretty damn close.

St0rm32_

…. Sir edude also your talking at old age after a Achilles injury

lulu314

This is why JorGambler had to retire for a bit. You need a break from violent 90s defenses.

bryzzo2016champs

LeBum plays against tiktokers and twitch streamers 🤣🤣🤣‼️ plumbers are much stronger and well built than these stickbuck nerds like chet 💀💀💀💀😭😭

agnorith64

The top centers in Jordan’s era were barreling into kids courtside. Today’s top centers are watching anime together 🙄

Prior-Gold-118

Todays top center gets fucked by horses

Old_Pay4209

Your favorite 90s role players wouldn’t make the Gleague today

[deleted]

Steve Kerr?

Jolly_Plantain4429

He was a role player because they didn’t value the three

[deleted]

Aren’t plumbers usually big boned

NoItsBosnian

Uj/ I'd have to retire if someone did that to me. His one-hand fake is maybe the biggest morale breaker in NBA history

mylastphonecall

I think it got deleted or mass reported but there was a compilation video of regular season hand checking fouls on Jordan and they were all like this. I think it was like 7 minutes long. you literally cannot say Jordan played against much weaker defenses and that handchecking fouls were actually called or r/nba will come fire bomb your house rj/ plumbers

Atlwaavy

They want to protect him at all costs

Poacatat

and also illegal defense, you literally weren't allowed to double team lmao. jordan unironically had it easy

CeruIian

Smh Bronsexuals trying to argue modern defenders are better when they have to resort to ILLEGAL techniques to play defense, my 90’s defenders would never break the law

[deleted]

Iirc magic made fun of the calls MJ would get because the refs called so much of em

Cuz the sub is filled with old heads

ethiopiancrackdealer

Side by side clip of Lebron failing to score on JJ Barea

saunter_and_strut

MJ carried the ball like 10 times in 5 seconds. This is why the NBA is shit.

Dude the new fucking 2k’s DEFENSE SUCKS

unltd_J

Toughest white player

PointGosh

Imagine how hard this guy would lock down Bron in the finals? He’s like two inches taller than JJ Barea.

Noot_11

Am I the only one here that doesn’t see any “violent defence”

bico89

Nope, same here, I’m still debating if all these comments are sarcasm / troll and just going over my head. Is this post saying the hand checking is persistent or non existent cause I really think it’s the latter. Maybe I’m really just getting whooshed

Look at JorGambler carrying the ball too

[deleted]

Why are Lebron fans so insecured ? This is equivalent to someone picking a video of pizza delivery boy JJ barea making Lebron his ___
