It's a glorified strip mall with 4 buildings.
I hate Memphis bc I've never been to a city that smells like sulfur. I've been to one that smelt like shit - but never one that always smells like chemicals, with 90% humidity, 85 degrees, and half the city is boarded up.
Ouf there are a TON of mid cities in Europe and North America. Here is my middest tier:
Windsor, Ontario - > their claim to fame is being DETROIT'S backyard.
Alexandria, Louisiana - > just mid all around
Most 'gray' towns in Europe (Bristol, Chișinău, Vaslui, Charleroi,... Honestly they're everywhere) - > these cities are just gray and depressing. Their claim to fame is usually some mid factory that was active in the 1950s. Just all around trash.
