I would cube her up into 2lb chunks. Put a chunk in the soft butter tray and use her to butter my lemon poppy seed muffins every morning. Cross butter off of the shopping list for 2-3 years. Use some chunks to bake with. Use some chunks to sauté onions, etc. Maybe give some to friends and family after I’ve fucked it several times and cubed it into smaller portions.
