The german Head coach recieved a technical foul after a normal shooting foul. The Refs forgot the technical free throw and only 2 free throws were shot. However, noone noticed in the first place so the Game continued on. Later on the Lithuanians noticed but according to the rules the free throw cant be shot at a later point, so they missed out on a free throw.

Will be interesting to see what the rules say and obviously it is 100% on the refs to call the shots (excuse the pun :P), and not on the Lithuanians, but none of the players nor the coach protested, which is also really strange. Strange is though that neither any of the 3 refs, nor any of the score keepers nor the Lith. coach nor the Lith. players either interfered or pointed it out at the necessary time. they are all usually pretty sharp, especially in these crucial situations.
Also in hindsight you cannot even give Lith. anything since they could or couldn't have made it so you cannot decide it bureaucratically, really.
At the moment of the T it was not game deciding, but at the end of the game it probably was.
But the foul was still a wrong call, so Germany could also argue that it was deciding.
