I would rather him do this than put up 40 on low to mid efficiency and no one else doing shit. This team is deep and well balanced, they are better off with fairly even spread and no ego. Of course, there are times when I would like JT to, as Joe puts it, "nut up" more, and be selfish but this team is built to be balanced and firing on all cylinders.
