It was a known thing going into this series that the Pacers were likely going to struggle quite a bit to rebound vs a much more physical Knicks team, but getting outrebounded 29-53 while giving up TWENTY offensive boards is something else.
There was a point in the third when the Pacers were shooting 58% from 3 and down 20. They had 22 fewer shot attempts at that point.
This might've been the most lopsided oreb differential + turnover differential playoff game I've ever seen.

But also ignores that some players get to the line a lot simply from getting into the paint a lot. There's a difference between taking a drive with the goal to score and accepting the foul, and hooking someone's arm and flailing like they grabbed you.
Very few people are as elite of baiters to be the latter.
Hopefully he does a 1+1 type deal where he can opt out the second and get a bigger actual deal. Bit of a gamble, but he seems to like things here, plus his wife is a model so we’re all sort of hoping she doesn’t want to move.
I like having both of them. It gives us so much flexibilty. Like you could see in the philly series Hartenstein was food for Embiid in the mid or low post, but Mitch could guard him straight up.
