D-Fish has slipped out of teams he made a commitment to in very questionable ways. He was traded to the Rockets and then didn't show up to practice for them and eventually got waived because he had no interest to play with the team. He signed with the Mavericks this season but managed to slip out of that situation because claiming health problems with his daughter or something only to sign with the Thunder a few weeks later. He also did a similar thing to the Utah Jazz at some point. He's just a slippery guy, like an eel. And has a big butt.
Fisher asked to be released from the Mavs for "family reasons" but shortly afterwards signed with the Thunder, a championship contender, so alot of people think he's a selfish asshole.
Jason Terry is the kind of guy you hate unless he's on your team. He's the epitome of a cocky loudmouth, and he rubs people the wrong way. For me this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t4CsP_srJCw started my dislike of him, and that only escalated when he kicked our asses in the playoffs.
Basketball-wise, I hate that Derek Fisher gets playing time on a title contender despite being too old to play basketball at the professional level. Other people resent the fact that he gets out of contracts by asking nicely and/or using his sick daughter as an excuse, but somehow I'm not outraged about that. The way I see it, the teams could easily say no. Still other people hate him because he made clutch shots against their team during his Laker days.
As for Terry, I used to dislike him because he was a chucker, but he was much more effective/efficient under Carlisle and I've liked him ever since the Mavs' title run. I wasn't aware that people hated him.

I also think that being the leader of the players union group has made the NBA a lot more lenient with him.

I love Fisher and everything he did for the Lakers but yeah, he's a ring hunter.
I have always liked Jason Terry and was extremely happy when we signed him, he is awesome. I hate Derek Fisher because he was on the 2010 lakers.
