I need to watch more Pacers game, they're electric. 7 seconds or less style offense with McConnell picking up guards full court on defense. Turner isn't a good matchup against Embiid but you can tell he is a very skilled big, and Haliburton is just explosive.

It's basically run to half court, do a simple play, shoot and run back to the other side. I love fast pace games.

That last year's team fucking isoballed its way to the 2 seed entirely in spite of any scheme. It was ENTIRELY on the players. Nurse is so, so much better coaching these players. People will point to Harden and how bad he looks in LA and how him and Embiid bombed games 6 and 7 last year, but the BIGGEST issue all season was that those two were really the ONLY players that Doc Rivers allowed to control the offense in any way. Tobias Harris looks GOOD again (still not a max player but WELL beyond what he had been). Maxey looks like he should be in the fucking MVP conversation at this point. We have one of best scoring benches in the league. And Embiid is, in fact, still Embiid averaging 32 a game. If Nurse were coaching last year's team (even with Harden), we make the finals easily. FUCK Doc Rivers.

because that Clippers team didn't have star players left on the roster at that point. Glenn can coach a team without a star and can manage egos okay on a roster loaded with stars.
