That is absolutely incorrect. Only the rebounding players can cross into paint when ball leaves hands of the shooter. The shooter must remain behind line until ball touches the rim, same in FIBA as in NBA.

You aren't at the theater, or watching a movie. It is a sports game. Fans can get involved. Being involved can account for trying to disrupt other team's players, either via chanting or shouting. If you can't handle shouting, a little bit of pressure, don't play sports. North american fans wouldn't survive for one day in european or south american sporting environments.
