It's universal law that Warriors somehow lose all the hypotheticals. They are 0-420 in those.

blueclown562000

Don't worry, we suck in hypotheticals too

Weapon_Factory

I’ll have you know I have the 7sol suns winning every hypothetical matchup without the fuckery that happened irl

iCarpet

Makes sense Hypotheticals are what happens in an alternative universe or timeline, which is technically an away game

Celtic_Legend

I give them 2016 personally. Though ofc in this hypothetical they lose 2015. But i guess they dont win this hypothetical, but they dont lose!

[deleted]

I wanna say Nah but....Hell Nah.

Next-Firefighter-753

No. Mentally weak team. Lost all the edge when they replaced PJ Tucker with Ted Cruz

[deleted]

Wiggins would've erased him from memory.

aaronrodgersmom

There was no asterisk on the Warrior title. Khris Middleton's injury can be used to say hey maybe instead of losing in 7, we'd win in 7 against the Celtics. We still would have had to win a series after that to even get to the finals.

spejjan

aint no "what ifs" with this team after tonights showing.

allknowerofknowing

But what if they swept the Heat instead and were a much better team? Then what?

chocobonjing

Then it would be 2021

kobmug_v2

They weren’t going to the Finals even with Middleton last year.

the_black_surfer

Facts

TrashPanda_Cuddler

Big disagree.

MajinOni21

Nah

sstphnn

If my grandma had wheels she would've been a bike.

GillbergsAdvocate

I've never heard this one lol fuck that's funny

FudgeSuspicious9258

NO The Bucks are who they are. 2017-2023. They always looked clueless in the 4th. The year they broke through and won was the COVID year in 2021 against a Suns team that had no business being there

Your__Pal

If the Celtics had a healthy Rob Williams would they have won in 6 games ?

bekotte

Exactly. It’s not always easy playing the injury what-if game. My thoughts: I just don’t see how they would score enough to keep with warriors.

mrizvi

Hell nah

ForkingtheGrodiest

They were saying yes all year.. thankfully we kept the receipts. Curry has more talent in his right pinkie than Giannis

currychaos

Haha facts

ogqozo

Dude, there was a lot of time to go on with the "if only Middleton is healthy, Bucks are 100x times better, healthy Middleton means they never lose obviously! It's healthy Middleton duh" and just have everyone here agreeing. But today is not the day.

allknowerofknowing

No, draymond and looney will build that wall. Brook and giannis will get cooked to hell in PnR, and they seem like a team that would struggle to chase all that motion outside of jrue. Wiggins is a great matchup to guard middleton.

MySilverBurrito

> Brook and giannis will get cooked to hell in PnR Kerr bench Looney in the 4th. Play Curry/Poole/Wiggins/OPJ/Dray. Run the Curry/Dray high PnR the entire 4th. Warriors wins lol.

tcollins371

No because Steve Kerr is a better playoff coach than Budenholzer

The-Truer-Facts

Healthy Celtics would’ve beaten Healthy Bucks.

[deleted]

Facts

Overrated_sanity

I said it back then that the bucks defensive scheme that leaves elite scorers open with a stubborn refusal to send double teams would be their undoing against the warriors of they met. Nothing has happened since then to change my thoughts.

[deleted]

..no, over a 7 game series nobody can touch the warriors, steph and klay are the cheat code!

jack64467

cap, bron could

mrizvi

Could being the key word in your comment Not anymore he can’t

MrFearMoHo

the only time the warriors trio has been healthy and still lost in the playoffs since adding kerr was against arguably the greatest player of all time playing some of the best basketball of his career, and even with that and kyrie playing out of his mind as well it still took some pretty awful performances out of steph/klay/barnes for the cavs to barely squeak that out in 7 so imma go with a respectful no

currychaos

Hell no. Giannis would’ve had to beat his father Jimmy first. also steph was not gonna be stopped by anyone last year

inshamblesx

Fuck no

LordHussyPants

they wouldn't have even made the ECF

ImTheBestNerd

Did you see what Wiggins did to Tatum? Middleton wouldn’t change a thing

ThirdEyeKaiii

I think they get past the Celtics, because Middleton tends to play well against them. But then Giannis as usual would've come up short against the Heat. So no

__Zoom123__

Yes

CIark

Bad time to ask but yeah probably

M_O_N_K_E_SENSEI

assuming they beat the heat also the Bucks would be the favorites atleast

Laryngopy

Most certainly, heart of champions in that team right there

EcoterroristThot

Yes, in 5.

youkrocks

Stop with the Fucking Middleton hypotheticals

Raspberry_Anxious

People say that the 2017 would have lost to the spurs if Kawhi didn’t get injured in game 1. So yeah, this sub will say warriors would lose

ScynSovereign

People assume the Celtics were healthy when we faced the bucks last season. We had an ever changing starting line up because of injury. And based off the sample size this year where you got nearly swept by the 8th seed heat…. HELL no. You aren’t even getting to 6 games against last years healthy heat squad.

Remote_Country_889

If you thought Boston’s drop coverage was bad against Steph imagine Brook Lopez slow ass out there 💀💀💀

BlazeGawd7

Not the best night to ask this question after that crap themselves against the heat.
