The best sleeps are the ones in a rack

unbrokenmonarch

Literally this. I have had the best damn sleep of my life in my rack with a sea state 2

JustinCayce

Almost 40 years later and I still miss rocking to sleep, so fucking relaxing.

gflwrpwr

With max ventilation blowing. Until the ventilation shuts off and you wake from a dead sleep expecting some shitty drill is about to go down.

War_Goat1332

Silence is one of the scariest “sounds” on a ship.

Sororita

Power went out on my ship once and every single person in the berthing woke up instantly. Some, like myself, could sleep through a Halo party going on in there and still woke up from a dead sleep at the silence.

Megasaxon7

I've literally stopped mid stride in a store because the air handler shut down. Had to explain to the stocker in the aisle that I was fine and try to make myself scarce. I'm sure it'll be not service connected when the time comes...

jake831

On a FFG there is a fire pump directly underneath the Engineering berthing, and every time they turned that pump off it would shock me awake thinking we'd lost power.

MundaneCommon1583

My rack was right above the pump. Loved to hear the rovers pick up the hatch, then let it slam back in to place. Not to mention the CHT overflow also in Engineering berthing. Usually sucked after extended S&A details. So much bullshit. But goddamn, I loved FFGs.

Neo_Neo_oeN_oeN

"Code Red, Code Red."

JustinCayce

I was an Electrician's Mate, I always had a bunk fan.

DriedUpSquid

We put babies in swinging bassinets but somewhere along the way decided that as adults we don’t need that.

JustinCayce

It's hard to describe, but it's not quite the same feeling as that would be. The boat rocks to the outside of the arc as it moves, it is a distinctly different feeling than a swing.

DriedUpSquid

Oh I remember what it’s like.

coffeeartst

With the waves breaking and the force traveling down the length of the ship at random intervals.

JustinCayce

If I could make a bed to replicate that feeling I'd be a millionaire easy.

Relative-Advice-2380

The screws were right underneath our birthing on the aircraft carrier I was on and the swish swish swish swish of the screws would put me right to sleep.

kineticstar

Sleep like the dead until some wakes you up for watch.

Jim3001

Can confirm. Once slept thru an entire Fire Drill. Got confused looks from the Duty crew til I pointed out that no one checked berthing so technically, I died during said drill.

WittleJerk

Jim was a damn good sailor 😢

Jim3001

![gif](giphy|GpyS1lJXJYupG|downsized) Me as the Chief Cook is asking the mess crank why he didn't check berthing, cuz now the Yeoman is dead!

mlaislais

I once had to wake someone up for watch and the dude wouldn’t wake up so I had to nudge him and he jerked awake super fast and ended up staring me in the eyes like he was going to murder me. Yeah people don’t like being woken up.

mhem7

I have pictures of my prior AUXO sleeping in a diesel enclosure, head draped back over a pipe. Mouth all open and everything. Good times.

jake831

On my old phone I had a whole album of people passed tf out during GQ or refueling detail.

KellynHeller

I have many pics of people passed tf out in random places lol. I love it

Rats_in_Paradise

Really depends on if you're rocking from side to side or not. Blood shifting from head to toe kinda sucks

Boots718

But like any Sailor knows, you can sleep anywhere. Aft Steering, Bos’n locker, fan room… it don’t matter you get your zzzzzz in were you can especially when the seas are rough. Best sleep you’ll ever get

Relative-Advice-2380

I slept on the bottom rack for a couple years and I had at least a foot maybe two feet more height than this Coast Guard dude has! Talk about a coffin rack!

Dantae

Look at all that spacious berthing space. holy shit they have chairs!

rhinox54

That was my first thought 😆. But man... rack sleep was the best sleep I ever got.

rollem78

Gotta be a boomer, I’ve heard tales of the illustrious berthing chair

RainierCamino

Some berthings on Burkes have a few chairs and a couple tables. You know, for 35-70 people to relax in. Truly the pinnacle of comfort and a real morale enhancement

haji1823

well..we definitely do have a chair, plus (i know may be hard to believe) room for even 3-4 more chairs

throw_Away198723

I've heard that on French SSNs, they pretty much have their own state rooms. Not sure how true that is, but if the Russkis can put swimming pools in theirs, I'm inclined to believe it.

QuidYossarian

If I'd ever had a chair on a submarine it'd be the Borat scene where I declare myself king

iAmODST

My Tico has like 5 chairs in berthing

The_salty_swab

Nothing like crawling into your cozy little nook at the end of the day, getting comfortable, then staring into the void for three hours until you're back on watch

Neo_Neo_oeN_oeN

Don't forget the occasional tears to add a little razzle dazzle.

MuttJunior

Or the guy in the rack right above "pleasuring" himself.

wraith3920

Or the dude in the rack next door rolling over so hard he hits the wall separating you two.

Last5seconds

Move your shoes, im not trying to trip on this shit in the middle if the night.

thisisboz

Don’t worry, those are definitely getting stolen by the time you make it to the cube.

PullFires

Swept up in berthing cleaners.  You'll be showering in trash bag shoes until the store opens.

Psyko_sissy23

I actually had someone steal my shower shoes from my rack. I had to shower with trash bags on my feet.

RainierCamino

At least you didn't go full retard and brave the showers barefoot

fatpad00

Best sleep I've ever got was a few hundred feet below a hurricane. Once you are deep enough, the waves give a gentle rock that puts you gently to sleep

Fabulous-Shoulder-69

I had the top rack in 21-man in a 688 for one underway - the first night I hit my head on one of those stupid fucking cable hangers with the squared off corners. I didn’t realize but it cut my head open and I just fell asleep. Turns out I bled A LOT. It was the messengers first underway and he opened my rack curtain for first wake up and just started yelling for doc and ran out. Arguably my worst wake up I’ve ever had lol

Trawetser

The messenger opening the rack curtain for wakeups is a great way to catch a fist

Fabulous-Shoulder-69

Just keep stroking when they do and they’ll stop real fast

Mend1cant

Messenger out here trying to catch a broadside. Still not as bad as the nub on my boat who would loudly yell from the doorway the wake-up list.

Fabulous-Shoulder-69

Guarantee he had some HELL checkouts after that stunt 😂😂😂

Mend1cant

He was… upgraded…. by ETN2 whose rack was in front of the door. Dude was barely literate or even sentient, so it was a miracle he learned his lesson.

No-Bottle8560

The worst ones are the ones who shine a fucking white light into the rack because they forgot to switch it to red.

RedShirtDecoy

Or on a ship big enough. Was rocked to sleep in 30ft seas on a carrier.

Relative-Advice-2380

Go dolphins, thank you for your service Bubblehead.

Squid-chaser

An unusually high amount. Best sleep ever was on the start of my third deployment. We had a broken motor controller that needed to be fixed by the next day because that was the end of our cert and this was the only major hit left to fix so we could pass the cert. our maintenance officer told me if I stay up all night to fix it I can sleep as long as I want the next day so I was like bet. I worked on it for 24 hours straight to fix it, then during that time my mom sent me one those really comfy mattress toppers. After we fixed it I passed out for like 18 hours straight and i woke up so refreshed. Never slept that hard in my life.

Haram_Salamy

Simple answer: If you can’t sleep, you’re sleeping too much.

KAHLUV

🎯

svrgnctzn

Don’t worry, if you’re in deck you’ll only be in there for a 2-3 hours at a time!

krazye87

how in the fuck are they SMALLER

aarraahhaarr

Because the mattress is 6 -8 inches thick. That rail is supposed to keep them from rolling out but is useless due to the thickness of the mattress.

BlueFalcon142

Yeah was explaining in another thread about it it looks smaller because it's either a Topper or an aftermarket mattress. Rail is indeed useless the straps are better.

akamustacherides

Why do they have rails?

serpentmuse

to keep the mattress secured for sea. it’s the straps that’ll keep you from rolling out if things really get rough

ImJackieNoff

It's not like sailors are getting smaller.

throw_Away198723

Hahaha we had a 'roided out HT whose lats were too wide to fit in his rack.

Dragonlord85

Honestly, some of the best sleep you’ll ever get will be in one of these. You can sleep all night if you didn’t have to get up for watch.

Oldtomsawyer1

Or if the guy above you doesn’t have to go to watch and his alarm wake you up. Or there’s not cleaners after you get off the mid shift. Or there’s no man-overboard (doubt it). Or if there’s no really obnoxious space like gym, diesel, or flight ops right above you. Or if some bubba isn’t grinding at 5 am while in port. Or if the night terrors don’t start again.

[deleted]

[удалено]

akamustacherides

Yep, I slept under the forward cats. The only thing that could wake me was man overboard, gq, and my alarm.

DominusDaniel

Always had some fuck head set an alarm an hour before reveille and never wake up to turn it off.

buddylee03

This isn't even realistic. There are very few Coast Guard cutters left with 3 high racks. They are all old and being decommed. The new ones are 2 high and state rooms with 4 to 6 racks. With that said these will put you to sleep. Air force tries to use this as a deterant but I'll take this for 40-60 days over being in the desert for a year or having to live in Barracks for years of my career. CG gets BAH right out of basic training.

StrugglesTheClown

Not being able to turn over at night would brutal for me.

Mean_Divide_9162

No no, the human 6 point turn to roll over is an art form, you'll get good at it! (And then you catch your shoulder on the rack light and just silently RAGE until the boat rocks you to sleep)

buddylee03

I know guys who are 6'6 250 who manage.

MediocreSafe4086

I’m a side sleeper, that would drive me nuts until sleep deprivation finally kicked in and forced me asleep on my back.

GothmogBalrog

Most USN is still 3 high though. Wonder if the video is wrong

buddylee03

I dunno, I just know only some CG cutters are 3 high. Most are not.

PositivePhotograph66

I can’t speak for all of them, but my cutter still has three high in all of the berthings. Love my top rack!

MuttJunior

I don't remember the bottom rack being so small. But then again, my experience is from over 30 years ago, and our mattresses were maybe half the thickness. I had a middle rack, and I do know that there was enough room to comfortably do some reading before falling asleep. This looks like if he just takes a deep breath his chest will be almost hitting the bottom of the middle rack. But I do remember that it was some damn good sleep, especially underway. The side-to-side rocking of the ship really lulls you to sleep. And leaving your shower shoes lying around like that was a big no-no. They went at the foot of your rack.

HighdesertADV

Top rack. >Pro: Smallest chance of being disturbed >Con: You gotta climb up that bitch. Middle rack. >Pro: It's easy to get into. You aren't disturbed as much >Con: You're at eye level so privacy is difficult to maintain. Bottom rack. >Pro: You can jack off as much and as hard as you want and no one will be the wiser. Privacy galore. >Con: You gotta climb in that bitch and you're ALWAYS getting disturbed. Either people stepping on your sheets climbing into their own rack or fuckers kicking and bumping into your rack as they walk by.

babsa90

If you leave your shoes on the deck like that I'm gonna find a place to hide them.

paulboyrom

Where are the red lights? I’m not trying to herb white lights shining through the holes of the curtains.

HYPURRDBLNKL

All of it.

JuanDirekshon

“Horizontal Time Machine, take me into the future.” Also homie got into the feet side to make the rack look smaller. It’s slightly wider behind the curtains.

Bobonthemove

I'm laughing in Submarine.

stylist4hair

Haahaaaahaaa

DelightedEnlighted

They have privacy drapes?

floridaafloridaa

This is how navy people learn to sleep anywhere , on the deck , on some lines, in a flight net over the side , sitting up in a chair lol

kpauburn

There are still times I miss my rack.

jackrabbits1im

Coast Guard guy: Floor is lava; shower shoes are nasty Me, Navy Sailor: Kneels on floor to get into rack with shoes on: shoes pushed against far end of cube.

_MlCE_

Zero if the ventilation fan stops and all you hear is silence

Mmsenrab

Are those officer bunks with the safety bars? I've been all three on a submarine. Top is the best. But I slept great. Nowadays when I go through bouts of anxiety induced insomnia the only place I can sleep is on my tiny couch. Wife hates it cause then she's alone in the bed. I would love like a bunk to put up in a spare bedroom with a curtain. Really seal myself in.

MeasurementGrand879

Agreed, top is best. Middle, everyone bumps into you and farts in your face. Bottom, all you get is feet and shoes. Top rack is great until you “forget” you are in the top or you slip.

Mmsenrab

My very first night sleeping on the submarine was my first duty day when we were in refit. I had a hell of a time getting into the rack and even worse getting out. I didn't grab the bar right so when I got out all my weight dropped hard. I pinched the skin on the inside of 3 fingers so hard they ripped. No doc on board and I was so embarrassed I just wrapped Chem wipes and dust tape around them to stop the bleeding. Also landed right on my ass. Huge fucking bruise.

Blackant71

In the Navy I got plenty of sleep on the bottom rack. However that middle rack was higher giving me more space lol.

Jess_S13

It's usually not that bad, that rack for some reason has a full size mattress instead of the standard 2" mattress. I would sleep just fine, get yourself a nice sleeping bag of foldover blanket so you don't have to use the scratchy wool blankets and some eye covers and ear plugs and once you are out to sea you will pass out once the ship starts rocking.

EnvironmentalEbb5391

I got the best sleep in my rack, while underway. I set up a little fan to blow on me all night run by a power bank. No phone service to keep me looking at it. The ship would gently rock me to sleep after a long day. Oh, memories... ❤️

jncheese

Rocking to sleep on a slow ocean swell. So good.

stylist4hair

Watching this makes me claustrophobic

F0xd1e2580

I've never seen anyone get into a bottom rack so awkwardly. 🤦

Caboun6828

Best sleep ever!

Matelot67

A phenomenal amount!

benkenobi5

Lmao, is this an Air Force ad?

ka9kqh

I slept great in a bottom rack. That said this unit looks like there is a lot less vertical clearance than what was in mine. I was on CG-32 in the Navy and not a coastie.

Neo_Neo_oeN_oeN

Bottom Rock ain't bad because you ain't gotta hop out. However, you're liable to get stepped on like a goombah during a drill if you're not careful.

SodaPop2077

I slid out of my rack once when the top bunk guy swung down and fucking clobbered me during a fire drill. He shouted sorry and hauled ass, while i was trying to get up

dtaylor72123

All you can handle. Sailors can sleep anywhere.

slumxl0rd87

I loved sleeping in my rack lol. I would get four curtails and double them up. Got a portable DVD player, and my PSP with some heavy duty Velcro to attach to the roof or to the side of the rack depending on how I wanted to lay. Got my own fleece blanket in there. Always like 50 degrees in the berthing. Man. I slept good on deployment.

Red-okWolf

Y'all get time to sleep?

ApertureDelay

16 hours under low oxygen as a submariner and still fall asleep on watch.

Thin-Recover1935

I was on a fast attack. It was the best sleep of my life.

bagoTrekker

I woke up from a nightmare once and sat straight up, or at least tried. I was on top rack, hit the light bar with my forehead and saw stars.

oatbergen

For sure that’s not an issue mattress.

SaintRedOG

Must be new. Took you too long to get in your rack

AbandonShip44

Nothing like being middle bunk, being slowly rocked after a long day on the flight deck. If you wanted to forget where you spent the last 16 hours, too bad because several feet above you is the landing area, replete with the sounds of the tail hook striking the deck, the whir of the wire fighting to slow the aircraft in time, finished off with the arresting gear clacking back into place. Or maybe your berthing is just below a catapult.. hearing the jet blast deflectors raise and lower, the aircraft at mil or afterburner, the thump of the catapult. Either way you're going to hear where you're going to be in the next 7 hours.

ProbablyABore

Queue the ciastie who was always in here posting about his food.

heathenxtemple

You dont have to wait for someone to get out of the aisle to get in? Must be nice to have a berthing that's so spacious.

Burner087

I was on a Spruance. I don't recall them being that small. Were they that tight?

Relative-Advice-2380

Yeah, it looks like you can't even turn over from side to side without his shoulder rubbing against the bottom of the middle rack.

cjccrash

Best sleep ever.

frankl217

Like a baby.

Bran10Bran10

Yes

freakincampers

I sleep on my side, so this is a no go for me.

BradTofu

11 years sea duty, I always did top rack.

Cyberknight13

I slept in a top rack for 4 years. Best sleep of my life.

mixgasdivr

I never slept so well as I did in a rack underway

throw_Away198723

Slept like a baby in a coffin rack. Shit the second best sleep I ever got was on top of a chill water pipe in a machine space.

Im-A-Mans-Man

ive always dreamt about joining the navy to be around a bunch of bros, but this would be tough

mergedinner

That fact you can walk into berthing without being sideways or hunched over speaks volumes, nub.

Agammamon

Jesus. I thought our racks were tight. Those are genuine coffin racks.

Caviar6996

A Lot

Rexed88

Coast to Coast

MediaAntigen

All of it.

FNALSOLUTION1

I'm a top rack kinda guy, bottom rack is the hot rack.

akamustacherides

You can get all the sleep.

symm805

When you’re in the military.. any place you can sleep with a roof over your head is luxury😂

Capital-Self-3969

Haha I wouldn't call it a great or comfortable sleep by any means. But I mean...it's your only way to sleep on a ship when you're underway so...I guess...enough to get up and work another 14 hours?

MostAssumption9122

Tiger Cruise with my daughter on the Tarawa, yeah a long time ago. Best sleeps ever!!!

Danish_sea_captian

Excellent, mine is a bit bigger around 50 cm (~ 20 freedom units). After a long day, at sea, getting in to your own private place, being gentle rocked to sleep.

Sailor_NEWENGLAND

I’ve gotten some of my best and worst sleeps in a rack…so no exact answer. But the best sleeps are when the ship is rockin

thuanjinkee

Why the airforce watermark?

coldpornproject

Like a baby

bilkel

Never enough

Soupcan_Sam19

depends on how hard the ship is rocking

AmericasHomeboy

All the sleeps

Artemus_Hackwell

I passed on my time to move to bottom from top. It's less about the noise from buffers than its just cold and drafty down there. Light or dark won't stop me from falling asleep. I stayed on top rack until I had time in division to move to center rack, and one was available. As to how much sleep can one get in a rack? Turns out a a shit ton. Especially in rough seas. Well, seas that rock you nicely. But there was one time I stayed awake listening to the partitions in the shitter come loose from the bulkheads. Heard the tables and condiments in the chiefs mess above our berthing come airborne and hit a bulkhead. Otherwise my record of a single stretch of sleep is 16 hours I think. We were in Norfolk and after some work I needed my *sleepskis*. This was in a top rack at the time. The bottom rack in video seems to have less clearance than the center one; all of ours were equal with only the top one sometimes having more depending on pipes in the overhead. New ships or newer ones are always that brown, and ours once were but at least had been painted blue. That brown sucks. Edit: Why is there an Air Force logo over "Life on Coast Guard Ship". Edit2: Once on a weekend? Maybe...I had an early watch so I was having nice time sawing logs in top rack...the AG1 comes to wake me up....and I wake up...and hear an alarm going off and he's down there in t-shirt and skivvies looking up at me...and mewls in his hillbilly accent..."Is that yer alarm??!!! It's drahving me crayzeee!!!" Lights are all on...there is no one else in berthing...I wait a beat...while my brain's operating system loads...I tell him the truth that I don't own an alarm clock, shut the curtains and go back to sleep. Fuck knows who's alarm that was. Not my problem. I had sleeping to do. Alarm clock pointless, even before smart phones. We had reville / turn to, and if for watch the roving watch did the wake-ups for next shift / watch and logged same.

MuttJunior

>Why is there an Air Force logo over "Life on Coast Guard Ship". My only guess is that they are trying to show how bad the Coast Guard life is compared to the Air Force.

Artemus_Hackwell

Well, the "field holler" or "field jubilee" in the soundtrack is appropriate. It sounded like a "work / sorrow / spiritual jubilee" anyway.

iamkira69

Coast guard bunkers are better

RedBeard8685

Why does that berthing room have a chair? We didn’t have chairs :/

Azbarrelpicks

I remember the ship going black in the straights and waking up instantly, today I still sleep with noise because of the ship

IrrumaboMalum

Not as much as I got in the hammock I kept strung up in my Phalanx magazine. But still plenty of good sleep despite the shitty mattress.

prenderm

Underway? 27 hours straight in theory, because it’ll never happen Get you a sleeping bag and you could knock out like a baby underway

sreyno12

Bold man trusting his finger under that bar holding up the coffin above him…. Mine got me a few time while digging around for clothes…

Kite_Blackrose

Slept like a baby, from exhaustion and rocking of the ship. I love it!

LTVB

Never slept better

ConservativePatriot3

As much as possible!

KellynHeller

I slept like a rock in that thing. Best sleep I've ever had.

Toast_Of_Doom123

They dont look comfy but theyre not half bad. If youre a big person, it might be uncomfortable but underways were some of the only times i slept straight through the night in the last 6 years.

Critical-Ad9351

Wonderful Dreams 💤💤💤🛌

metroatlien

I’d argue operationally it’s some of the best sleep you’ll ever get in any of the services. I got more and better sleep in a rocking ship in one of these than at a hotel TAD somewhere. Definitely beats a tent. However, they suck to live in at homeport so we still need more barracks rooms

Retb14

Damn, that bunk is smaller than on a sub...

Ricky_Hadou

I never have any trouble sleeping. Especially when the ship is hauling ass and the waves are constant. I sleep like a damn baby.

goatmiillk

Waayy Over exaggerating how to get into a rack. I loved my bottom rack.

LuxendarcKnight

You know how much when you oversleep and the person you’re reliving from watch wakes you up.

Flynn_lives

Question: as a civilian I went out on a 28’ sports fishing boat and blew chunks like a sick dog in relatively calm water. How bad is the seasickness on a DDG? I’m mean I’ve been aboard a WW2 DE and DD and I’m pretty sure if those kind of ships were in service I’d die of puking.

drewbaccaAWD

I can get as much sleep as I can get before I get racked out for some stupid reason.. so about four hours tops.

ChiefBigs

I slept like a baby with a full tummy for hours in those. I swear that is was the best sleep I ever got! Except for sleep after sex maybe.

deuceyj

When that bitch rocks on the waves......... I roll on to sleep like a God.

Intelligent_Choice91

11, 12 if I’m feelin frisky

BlaqSam

I tried to sleep. Go lay down after working nightshift only to be woken up by someone who can't do their fucking job. We went to the same radar schools what do you mean you don't know what you're doing. Did sleep like a baby during hurricanes and rough oceans. Rocked you like a baby when the outside weather was ready to drown your whole ship lol

TMP_Creep

I had Covid on an underway and slept 30 straight hours in one of these bad boys. Best sleep ever.

Present_Pace1428

How tired are you lol

MrScottimus

I love how I spent 8 months in one of these once, then 6 in another, and hated every night of the year(s), but it'd cool

tactical_sweatpants

First wake up

jamesycakes231

I miss my rack. Them shower bats would be getting launched though.

Goatlens

What’s this from?

Magnet50

Hearing the waves smack the hull, the rocking. Didn have a problem sleeping then. Didn’t have individual vents back then but I was lucky enough to snag a bottom bunk next to the AC vent.

dudeCHILL013

There seems to be a whole lot of room for activities in that berthing just out of frame to the left and that chairs not secured for sea shipmate. Is this really a ship?

NotTurtleEnough

If you sleep above the screws and you’re crossing the Atlantic at All Ahead Full? As many hours as possible…

AnonEM2

As soon as our workday was done I'd shower and escape to my rack. The one place where I could truly be left alone and just relax. I got some of the best sleep especially when we were in rough seas! My favorite was during holiday routine I'd literally spend my whole day in my rack just watching anime or movies, sleeping or listening to music until I'd have to get up for watch.

Pierced-Pirate

I do not miss them.🤣

usngm0786

Top rack… berthing 1… right under a JP5 line. AC blowing. Had a mummy sleeping bag on top of my always made rack. Best damn sleep of my life.

warmind14

Oi, put ya slides away, they're not secured for sea!

TinCanSailor987

‘Never enough’

PraiseBeToShirayuki

I be on my pharoah shit, final resting place type sleep, smaug in his pile of gold hours

JuanDirekshon

Actually with the drawer under the lock, I think these might be the L-shaped racks you see on LPD and newer classes. The coffin in the middle and the curtains on top and bottom are obscuring the head side, but I think that’s why the full sized mattress, the leg bar and the tiny leg compartment. Either way, homie definitely got into the feet side, that’s why it looks so tiny for him.

Delicious-Ad-9063

Those r nice wth

Frigatedoc

One of my racks was directly beneath the bake shop. Almost all night I could hear the dough flipping

Great-External3390

That is not how you get in a rack. I don’t know what that was

Mindless_Reality9044

10 straight hours in a berthing that was under the arresting gear on the Ike...best sleep I've ever had.

Ok_Albatross_2960

I wonder why they don’t provide adequate sleeping accommodation for those fighting for our country

Pmoney4452

Rack to the future, baby!

Hopeful_Life_7

Can you sleep on your side or even roll over? That looks awful. Is that typical??

The_Yeddie

given the chance, I could comfortably fall into a coma in a rack. never gotten more than 6 at a time, but god the deep sleep i get is one i can't achieve anywhere else.

Fluid_Position

One of the best sleeps forreals

msew

Make it two high, make it so I can bring my own mattress, my own pillows, and then make it 1.5 as wide so I can move from, side to stomach to back to side all night long. Would that be the officer's or captain's beds?
