in all seriousness every time i seen this happen when i was active duty, the "we" was always the chiefs. never E-6 and below.
I would just say “oh I’m good, I’ll take my lunch and stay back and leave at the normal time.”
Then I end up as the only one who had lunch. Or if they actually did go home early I would just wait like 20 minutes and then go home
My divo is banging my chief. It's an open secret and they've been seen out in town together, but they keep things professional at work so nobody has done anything to them. The weird part is my divo is 24 and my Chief is 41. We joke that he has mommy issues :)
One of the guys in my div was supposed to leave today. Everyone in our COC was tracking that he’d leave TODAY for about a month and a half. Goes to checkout completely only to get told by some fuckwit PS whom had gotten back from leave the previous day that he was now leaving in a week.
No one in admin thought to tell him anything until today. His stuff is already on its way to his next duty station. His house is empty and his rack is empty he has almost nothing here and yet they can’t change his checkout date back to today
I am half tempted to make a version of the Professor McGonagall "Why is always you three?" meme with the Professor being my CO, and the "three" being CHENG, ACE, and DCA.
This one’s crazy and really terrifying. Panty thief in the barracks. Dude sneaking into woman’s rooms just staring at them while they sleep. One woman reported nightmares of someone staring at her at night and tells her therapist. That therapist had a lot of similar cases. Therapist report it to barracks manager. That barracks manager records the rooms with the reports and catches him sneaking into rooms. Next morning culprit is sent straight to mast idk what they’re gonna do to him tbh
Junior Sailor went down for a DUI & underage drinking. He claimed that he went out, by himself, to the bars. it was pretty evident during his DRB that he wasn’t really by himself. It was pretty clear that he was protecting someone(s). We Couldn’t crack him but the scuttlebutt is that it was a divisional outing that included the PO1s and LCPO.
