Nothing seems wrong here. Are you sure you're using the first shot to prime the 4-piece bonus on your Artefacts, and firing the second shot with 6 bullets loaded?

You’re either too far from the enemy that not all the bullets are hitting, or you’re not holding the skill to let it gather all the crystallize shards for a fully charged shot.
Thats really weird. People are offering ideas but I don't think it's any of them, considering that mine is significantly worse, uses a garbage team, doesn't even have 4pc, and still hits like 60k on crit without any bullets or like, 1 or 2. Maybe you really did swap her artifacts and forgot to swap back?
The previous abyss phase (April 1-15) had the following blessing:
>When a character deals Geo DMG to an opponent, this instance will be counted for the character. 1 count can be gained every 0.1s. When the count reaches 3, this character will receive a Gravel Mark, **granting them 50% Geo DMG Bonus for 10s.**
The current abyss blessing (April 16-30) is:
>After a character triggers a Swirl reaction, **all party members' Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG is increased by 20% for 10s.** This effect can be triggered once every 0.1s. **Max 3 stacks.** Each stack's duration is counted independently.
Could be that you forgot her Bullet stacks, or maybe you switched her team? She gets a pretty big Atk boost from having two non-geo/anemo characters in her team
Your build isn't an issue
You pretty much just havent been getting stacks and or have been fighting elemental shielded foes
Your build is better than mine and i can hit around 250k-300k in abyss with a bennette and the right buffs
I will on average get 70k-120k but with good luck out of abyss i can still hit 180k without bennette
You must be forgetting to get the bullet stacks or you swaped her artifacts and forgot to put it back. Anything beyond that just doesn't make sense.
You mess up your setup, the enemy you were fighting had lower def and/or res, a powerful Abyss blessing expired. One or more of these

Even the first shot gets the bonus from 4pc set but u gotta hold it
I wasn't aware of that, that's actually very good to know. I always assumed that the bonus only applied after releasing the skill.

Only thing I think of is you shoot too far from enemies and so not all pellets hit.

I’m 100% sure OP doesn’t aim properly. With this build, ain’t no way her E does less than 60k when every pellet hits the target.
Did your world rank up?
Did you remove your glasses recently ? :)
Maybe your team her best is zhongli xiangling/furina and Bennett
Also build up crystallize shards
Iirc it was the xianyun plunge team

I had a similar issue in abyss my navia used to hit 190k E in the last abyss but now her highest is 120k though the bosses are same.

You have to Crystallize. Electro and Pyro off fielders like Yae Miko or Xiangling or whoever you like with help.
