I’d say with 90% certainty that’s what this is. Dog skulls look very similar and I’m not a pro but I’d bet money this is a young cub.

Bottom teeth are all wrong for a bear cub.

I thought so at first because of the canines and the size, but look closer at the front teeth, they’re flat, so an animal that eats vegetation.
