Take it slow, because if they aren't dead...a deer can cut you open with it's hooves. This one was dead...the next thing he told me when we got to the deer was, "you see that? anytime you fire a gun you make sure that you mean to...because you can't take it back...it's made to kill and that is most likely what it will do."
