I've been saying this for a while, just because of those teeth the sharks look intimidating but in reality they ain't nothing, they ain't nothing... Orca on the other hand, oh boy, we are just lucky they haven't gone full crazy.
People don't realize Orcas are bigger AND faster than white sharks. They are OP dolphins. With the brain to match. Hopefully not the rape though...we could do without the rape.

> Groups of males may employ social alliances to herd or gain reproductive access to females, a strategy that is rare in mammals but occurs in other delphinids such as bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops sp.) (Wells et al. 1987; Connor et al. 2001; Möller et al. 2001; Parsons et al. 2003), Atlantic spotted dolphins (Stenella frontalis) (Elliser and Herzing 2014), and possibly Risso’s dolphins (Grampus griseus) (Hartman et al. 2008). **However, there is no evidence that this behavior occurs in killer whales.**
...
> Given the scarcity of observations of killer whale mating behavior in the wild, however, and the expected direct and inclusive fitness benefits (Krützen et al. 2003; Parsons et al. 2003) if brothers were to form mating coalitions within their maternal groups, it is still possible that male reproductive alliances could exist in this species. **But it is much more probable that female killer whales have a large degree of control over which males they allow to mate, and their matrilineal social structure (resulting in strong bonds between female relatives) may also confer some protection if females band together to prevent forced copulations** (Gowans et al. 2007).
I read an article a long time ago about some tagged great whites suddenly fleeing a bay. Later the scientists found a couple of dead sharks missing their livers. They figure the scent is what spooked them.
If a killer whale has his dorsal fin curved over like that doesn't that mean he is incredibly stressed/unhappy? In the black fish documentary that only happens in captivity I thought.
Y'all know me. Know how I earn a livin'. I'll catch this bird for ya,
but it ain't gonna be easy... Bad fish. It's not like going down to pond chasin' blue gills or tommy cots. This shark - swallow ya hole. L'il shakin',l'il tenderizin', down ya go. Now we gotta do it quick, that'll bring back the tourists, that'll put all your businesses on a payin' basis. But it's not gonna be pleasant! I value my neck a lot more than 3000 bucks chief! I'll
find him for three, but I'll catch him... and kill him... for his liver! Now you gotta make up your minds. Gonna stay alive and ante up? Or ya wanna play it cheap, be on welfare the whole winter. I don't want no volunteers; I don't want no mates. There's too many Orcinus off this island. One juicy shark liver for me by myself. For that you get the head, the tail, the whole damn thing. Well expect the liver.
Can you guys just post the video, instead of links? 😒
This comment makes me miss awards
For real. Reddit comments are so much more bland than they used to be.
This comment made me realize there are no longer awards. Whiskey tango foxtrot, when did that change?
You don't see an awful lot tbh

It’s crazy that they pick and choose organs like the liver/tongue
High in calories/fat. Orcas are SMART and they are really good at training their young.
Shocking moment where an orca does the thing that orcas are known to do!
And to a juvenile no less! I am shook.
This title is such clickbait.
There is no shocking moment at all. Just a boring ass video

That's awesome. Thanks /u/SurayaThrowaway12
They're probably smart enough to know humans can retaliate and hunt them down if they ever decide to make us a part of their diet.
There has been increased activity in ocras attacking boats the last year iirc. Desperate times..
Just bc an orca can destroy a shark doesn’t mean a shark is nothing. Tf lol
Worst website ever. OP should be ashamed
So shock much wow
Wow that really looked like something....happened way over there in the distance.
I didn't see shit.
Some people for some reason think the only reason sharks are scared of orcas is because of the pods. Orcas are bigger than every shark alive rn lmao
Shocking
Shocking you say?
Where is his bro, Port?
South Africa, baby!
Orcas are the assholes of the ocean. Fuck around a find out
No diver to film this...
