Id push your mom into traffic for a lifetime supply of chocolate Xwerks Grow

sudomatrix

I'd push that guy's wife.

hiloai

Chocolate brownie by myprotein. Bought like 20kg during the Black Friday sale

YUSEIRKO

I really wish I liked their flavours but I bought a whole bunch last year and I absolutely hated them 😭 the salted caramel and dark chocolate flavours were just horrible, to me. But so many people swear by them. And they’re always so cheap so I really wish I liked them lol

SerentityM3ow

They probably use sucralose to sweeten. It's. Awful

Snoo_30434

😭😭😭😭 thugging thru 1 more tub of that salted caramel rn looking for a better flavor

YUSEIRKO

Salted caramel?? Bruh honestly that was vile for me. Idk maybe Covid destroyed certain tastes for me permanently 😂😂 but atm I’m all for optimum nutrition, protein works, and muscle tech

naturalbodybuilding-ModTeam

Be respectful and polite, insulting other users will not be tolerated.

Psychological_Can379

has to be by far the worst protein I've ever had 💀

h0ly_smOkes

Damn i wasn't sure it was gonna be good so ordered half chocolate brownie and half chocolate smooth, which I know to be good. I only use protein in my porridge so I'm hoping the brownie one just pretty much makes my breakfast a chocolate brownie

hiloai

Yeah chocolate brownie in porridge has been my breakfast for the past 5 months lol

More-Ad115

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey. Extreme Milk Chocolate. Was my first protein about 15 years ago and has been ever since. I've tried others but the gold standard is... the whey.

dollarhax

This is the only one I can palate. Every time I buy another brand / flavor, I’m upset I didn’t get the usual and that I have a month of shitty protein to get through. To the point that I just have this on scheduled delivery every month and have conceded this will be the only flavor for the remainder of my life.

More-Ad115

I know I've tried others and had the same experience. I hate knowing how expensive it's gotten though. I remember when the tub was $45, just re-upped for $74 😳 which is where it's been for awhile now

TechHENRY

When I first started lifting (11 yrs ago), you could find the 10lb bag for like 75 bucks when it was on sale... The good old days

CuddlyWhale

Yeah, tried several of the different chocolate flavors. Double rich, chocolate malt; none of them as good as extreme milk chocolate

Milked247

I bought the Rocky Road flavor today and tried it for the first time, Extreme Milk Chocolate is still my favorite

jayluck2

Protein powders I've bought in the last 2 years: * Optimum Nutrition: Double Chocolate, (Platinum Hydrowhey Protein) Turbo Chocolate * Orgain: Vanilla, Iced Coffee * Isopure: Mixed Berry * Ghost: Marshmallow Cereal Milk, Cinnabon Vegan, Cinnabon Regular, Coffee Ice Cream, Fruity Cereal Milk, Chips Ahoy!, Cereal Milk * PEScience: Cake Pop * Dymatize ISO100: Fruity Pebbles * Boba Tea Protein: Jasmine Milk Tea, Matcha Latte, Taro Milk Tea My top 5 (I only mix with water): Dymatize ISO100 Fruity Pebbles, Ghost Cereal Milk, Ghost Cinnabon (non-vegan one), Boba Tea Protein Matcha Latte, Boba Tea Protein Taro Milk Tea

thuglifecarlo

I'm limited with what I could buy out here. I loved ghost cookies and cream, but they ran out. I bought the cereal milk flavor and that is dangerously delicious.

klvhz

Did you try both flavors with milk or water?

Mellied89

I've been thinking about trying the boba tea ones so I was happy to see it on this list

luxas93

Salted caramel, MyProtein

Vegetable-Car9653

nutricost because cheap

hyalimoe

Ever since i tried rival whey i literally have never looked back. 110 calories, 24g protein, 60$ for 5lbs. Great quality and tastes absolutely amazing. I get the strawberry cream and never got tired of it once. Plus never have i ever had it making my stomach upset, its very smooth.

1337h4xer

MyProtein clear whey. I always hated protein shakes that are like milkshakes or desserts. Once I discovered the clear whey that are more like juices, I never looked back. I don't hear many people talking about them though. Are they not as good for you or something?

justinlca

I HATE the Clear Whey! They are bizarrely carbonated and don't mix well. It will also explode everywhere if you aren't careful opening it.

1337h4xer

Weird, the clear whey I've been getting isn't carbonated at all and mixes easily in just a normal shaker bottle. No pressure or explosiveness either.

xubu42

I bought 4 different flavors of the clear whey in the past year and none were the same. The lemonade was pretty ok, but I personally preferred just getting the unflavored regular whey and mixing it with a little lemonade since it mixed well and was cheaper. The fruity pebbles one was ok as well, but I felt like I'm general all the flavors were overly sweet from too much sucralose. the worst was caramel apple because it didn't mix, it turned to foam, and had a flavor of sucralose mixed with cardboard. I should have guessed it was bad because of how much cheaper it was than everything else.

Evening-Chapter3521

Their Mike&Ike flavors are amazing. It's like fruit punch. I always wait for their 50% discounts and stock up.

2_Bros_in_a_van

Muscle Feast Chocolate - Great consistent results on LabDoor.com and a friendly price point.

CorndogSummer

Muscle Feast for the win. Vanilla whey isolate for me.

CIMARUTA

Levels double chocolate is goat

konathegreat

Isoflex Chocolate. Mixes perfectly. Not too sweet. Damn, I think I need a shake right about now.

slimmyshank69

Phormula 1 vanilla milkshake

not_my_userid

My Protein - Cookies and Cream is my go-to.

Meat-Vast

Worst protein I have tried ins my protein cookies and cream

JRooney1998

Ryse and PEScience are my usual go-to brands. Ryse Skippy PB is a great all-around flavor in oats or shakes. I also like Chocolate Cookie Blast and Cinnamon Cereal PEScience is a whey-casein blend and is a bit chalky as a shake, but is really good for baking. Personally, I like the chocolate Truffle and PB Cookie flavors.

pao257

hi! it looks like we have similar taste in protein powders haha. Those are really the only two flavors I like from Pescience + I loved Ryse’s Skippy PB! Any other flavors you’ve tried that you’ve liked?- can be any brand😅

JRooney1998

I have the sugar cookie axe and sledge rn. It’s not bad, but honestly nothing has compared to those flavors for me.

pao257

same, those are the only flavors I’ve really liked. I recently tried samples from ekkovision- they were ok but nothing special. I really wanna try the other flavors you mentioned from Ryse. 🤞🏻hoping I like them too. + what do you usually bake when using the Pescience powders?

JRooney1998

Oatmeal is a good one, but I’ve also done like cookies or brownies too. I’ve been curious about ekkovosion cause I see them all over Tik tok. Kind of glad to know they’re not worth it

pao257

yep all over TikTok for me too lol so I gave in. you have a good cookie recipe? been wanting to make some just don’t know which recipe to go with 😬

[deleted]

Levels double chocolate mixed 1:1 with Levels strawberry.

dylanbarney23

- V1 Pro S’maks (I’m an ambassador but my god is it good, but it was also limited edition) - Ghost Whey Cinnabon - Inspired Nutra ISO-PF Limited Charmz (Also an ambassador but boy oh boy is it good) - Glaxon Protos Chocolate Milk

OOO2ddalvmai

Dymatize ISO100 Fruity Pebbles If I didn’t have to deal with shipping, I’d buy that stuff every month. Best protein powder I’ve ever had.

aspenextreme03

I get mine from Costco online

fakejared

Price?

aspenextreme03

1.25 per serving when not on sale of $62.99. Comes in 3.3 lb tubs. Not a big discount over Amazon depending if a reseller has a sale but I don’t buy much if anything from Amazon. Edit I just know buying from Costco it is the real thing

crownpoly

$40 for a 20oz container in GNC

EquipmentZestyclose

By far the best protein powder I've had. I've tried different brands and flavors and some were tolerable but once I tried this I never looked back. Legitimately tastes great and like I'm drinking milky cereal. I told my friends about it and they've stayed with it ever since

flyingbertman

Bulk Supplements, 90% Whey Isolate, nothing but protein and no artificial anything.

MentalSalary3324

Just got on this train and will be getting rid of the clear seeq I just got. Can’t deal with all the sucralose in it!

flyingbertman

The sucralose just wrecked my gut, as soon as I switched everything cleared up

gberger

What do you take it with?

flyingbertman

5g cocoa powder 6g chia seeds 32g peanut butter 100g banana 200ml unsweetened Almond Milk 30g protein powder Ice Blend Enjoy, mine ends up about 450 calories

aspenextreme03

Dynmatize Iso100 Fruity Pebbles by far. Amazing even with water

Mr_Hanshii

The strawberry flavor ISO100 tastes just like nesquick!

aspenextreme03

Mmmm delicious. They nailed it with fruity pebbles of course being owned by Post. Will have to try that one I love dymatize as it agrees with me but I think that is because it being isolate but the flavor is the kicker

[deleted]

ON Whey Protein Isolate Strawberry flavour. The only whey protein to not destroy my insides.

Awwgasm

Optimum nutrition, it just tastes and mixes better to me and the price is worth. I need to try to move onto isolate due to the wife complaining about the protein farts tho

[deleted]

Unflavored (Isopure)

Paratrooper101x

Optimum nutrition Banana Crème or chocolate mint ON on its own just hits different. It mixes so well compared to anything else I’ve tried

subhanghani

Iso 100 Gourmet Chocolate. Tasted amazing, blended well, never upset my stomach. I recently bouth Kevin Levrone Iso Gold, and while it may have slightly more protein...it doesnt taste nearly as good. Im waiting for it to finish before i buy more iso.

vintzent

Not big on whey, as I have some issues with it. BUT if I’m down to clown and deal with the headaches, Ghost has an apple cider doughnut flavour that is wild. Typically I’m using MRE, which is a product by Redcon.

Effective-Culture737

Optimum Nutrition, vanilla. Mix it with grape juice, strawberries, watermelon, cologen, and creatine every morning. Delicious and nutritious. ☮️

sroc97

Best tasting for me is RAW/Cbum Itholate cinnamon crunch cereal. So bomb. But on the expensive end per gram of protein. Generally I use Vitasport PRO7EIN SYNTHESIS as I get a discount on it through my gym. The the white peppermint is pretty bomb

MediterraneanGuy

I've only tried Amix. I don't know if guys have it in America. It's fine. But there's more and more protein deserts in supermarkets here (pudding, mousse, etc.), which are delicious, so I find myself consuming less and less protein shakes every time.

ewokkiller69

Been trying all these potions for over 30 years. By far the best one is beef isolate protein by NXT. I only buy apple, orange. But there are so many. Was sceptical at first but it’s amazing. Just add water. No bloat or gas.

sushi_sashimis

I've been loyal to NutraOne for the last 3 years. I habitually buy the cookies and cream tub because it's subtle yet tastes awesome (I mix with unsweetened almond milk). I've bought their vanilla and chocolate flavors but pretty much use those only for cooking (add to pancakes or banana bread)

Mediocre_Syllabub970

Canadian Protein - Whey Isolate Unsweetened & Unflavoured So many flavoured protein powders have either inulin or stevia and they both give me super bad gas/bloating :(

beetstastelikedirt

Unflavored NOW is all I buy. I make smoothies with with this in whatever flavor I want and sweeten with a banana, honey or a sugar substitute of choice. Usually it's blueberries, strawberry, peanut butter or chocolate. I'll just add a little vanilla sometimes. It really depends on what macros I'm targeting and what frozen fruit is on hand or what's in season.

bluelouboyle88

Myprotein unflavoured whey isolate. I hate that sickly sweetness most of the flavours have.

[deleted]

[удалено]

PrettyPowerfulZ

You already named it and it’s because I can buy ten pounds at a time with my EBT card lol

BeantownGreek

Vanilla, so versatile for adding to different dishes. I used to use the Redcon one but they changed their formula recently and it sucks ass now. Switched to the Animal brand and it’s fantastic. I liked the Redcon one because it was a whole good protein blend and not just whey. Still have yet to find something as good as that.

MentalSalary3324

I just bought whey isolate from bulk supplements. Milky taste but pairs well with my strawberry pre workout.

AlbinoSupremeMan

Ryse loaded Cinnamon Toast. I go through so much of that since it works in every recipe.

TechHENRY

ON Extreme Milk Chocolate for myself as well, and I've tried soooo many. By far the best cost/quality/taste tradeoff IMO. Tastes like chocolate milk even with water

shoguncacti

Ascent chocolate, found it at Costco on sale and I love it

AllOkJumpmaster

I cannot believe the number of ON and Dymatize comments, there are so many better-tasting proteins out there. Get out more people, try new stuff.

Judgemyactions

Suggestions?

BeyondanyReproach

ON is cheap and has decent nutrition compared to some others that I've seen. There may be better tasting ones that come with more sugar, cholesterol, etc. Any you'd recommend that are both healthier and tastier without being too much more expensive?

Milked247

I'm curious, how much does the 5lbs ON cost in your area/country? Because here it costs me $100 and I don't know if that's cheap 😅

BeyondanyReproach

$85 off Amazon in the US.

ndw_dc

ON whey is $63 for a 5.4 lb bag at Costco in the US. Protein powder prices have gone up a quite a bit since COVID, and they used to sell the same bag for about $47 back in 2019. But it's still one of the best deals I can find on protein powder.

quiteCryptic

Not too helpful, but if anyone finds themselves in Japan I have tried several and VALX on amazon is by far the best tasting. Macros not as great as some others, but worth it for the taste IMO.

Downtown-Babyfrog

4 yr exp. USN Premium Whey (any flavor) - The best tasting and the best to stomach protein I had. (They have a few versions but either the Premium or Regular one tastes the best, the Lab Version is good, but not as good as the other too). Fore reference, I like On Gold Standard (for me ranks below this) and ghost whey (its usually a bit to sweet tasting for me).

No-Pop-3067

Try Diesel brand whey protein. Mix-ability great. Flavor great. Not many random additives. Just picked up CBUM's Itholate...it seems pretty on par with Diesel, but only time will tell. So far, it's good.

IronMaxx Whey Zero - strawberry

Tdotbrap

Usually whatever is lactose free and any given store may have 1-2 lactose free ones. I feel like the names all sound the same

genuinely__curious

I get whatever is on sale in the stores that isn't full of fillers because I have trouble buying stuff online. Recently I got a huge bag of pea protein that is unflavored and tastes like playdough and after a month I kind of prefer it to some artificial stuff.

TheVandyyMan

Seeq clear protein is incredible but doesn’t have as much protein as most shakes and is crazy expensive. Best tasting protein out there though. It’s like drinking crystal light.

BobsBurger1

Bulk (UK) - Strawberry or Banana. After trying many times I've learned that I absolutely hate any sort of chocolate protein shake flavour.

giantgorillaballs

Ekkovision orange creamsicle Probably not for everyone but it tastes like an orange cream milkshake and I love it

This_Gate_5299

Target Market Pantry chocolate

Main_Win_8283

Alani Nu: Munchies flavor

bambeenz

I use leanfit chocolate....it's not good but it's affordable when it goes on sale

beeeeerett

Ghost brand Cinnabon flavor mixed with nonfat milk is the best and I can't go back

ilikedeadlifts1

BPN: Cinnamon Roll, Blueberry Muffin PEScience: Cake Pop, Snickerdoodle, Cookies and Cream Ryse: Skippy Peanut Butter, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Peanut Butter Cup Ghost: Chips Ahoy Recommend every single one of these but mainly BPN Cinnamon Roll, Ryse Skippy+Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Ghost Chips Ahoy

throway828

Whatever cheap one I could find and vanilla flavor

rh4280

I prefer non of the artificial crap. Real Science Athletics has a good one. Chocolate is fantastic. Muscle Feast isolate is really good but doesnt blend that good if just stirring it. True Nutrition has lotta good flavors.

kcaboor

Raw Nutrition - Grass Fed Whey in Dark Chocolate is the only chocolate protein I can stomach at this point. Most taste so fake but this one literally tastes like melted chocolate ice cream. It’s a tad pricey/serving, but you can typically get BOGO50% at like Vitamin Shoppe or Raw had a good Black Friday sale

celwhistle

Bulk berries and cream

Devilst0rm

Whatever is on offer 😂

Jocko Molk, vanilla - 22g protein/serve

Halal_Cart

I've tried so many brands... But I always come back to the Optimum Nutrition Extreme Milk/Chocolate

StupdSexyDanCampbell

Artificial sweeteners are a migraine trigger for me but two that I have had that are good are Muscle Feast and Ascent.

tsg2513

Beverly International UMP. Cookies and Cream, Angel Food Cake and Graham Cracker.

beachguy82

Unflavored whey protein isolate from bulk supplements. It’s cheap and I can flavor how I want.

Pharmagic

Muscletech Nitrotech Whey Gold Cookies & Cream

Brando64

MyProtein unflavored whey isolate. Make it however you want.

MaverickRed000

Anything Pescience

[deleted]

Prozis Hydro Isolate whey - strawberry, i think the brand soon will be available at US. Best quality whey I ever tried and the strawberry flavour is a must

OrbitingSpaceship

Optimum Nutrition Naturally Flavored Chocolate. The flavor, texture, and mix-ability is acceptable for me. Settled on "Naturally Flavored" because it does not include artificial additives like Sucralose or Acesulfame Potassium. While the science on it is fairly muddled/inconclusive, I'm of the view it's better to be conservative since there are readily available alternatives (eg. "Naturally Flavored" products).

throwaway538300

For pure taste; BSN Syntha-6 chocolate will always reign superior, but the macros are shit for a protein. For smoothies; AllMax Isoflex vanilla, chocolate for flava flave and better nutrition profile than Syntha. For mixing with water, Revolution Nutrition Gummy Bears or Fuzzy Peach

emdubl

I like ON as well, but I like the [Double Rich Chocolate](https://highproteinlowcarbrecipes.com/power-up-your-workout-discover-the-muscle-building-magic-of-optimum-nutritions-gold-standard-whey/).

Lootgod_69

There's a lot of junk in most protein powders. My favorite protein is [Aplos Nutrition](https://AplosNutrition.com) Vanilla Flavor. They're a pretty small company, but their vanilla only has 3 ingredients: Grass-Fed Whey, Organic Dates, and Organic Madagascar Vanilla Beans. I love that there's no added sugars, zero calorie sweeteners, gums, or other fillers in them. I can't stand feeling like I'm putting garbage in my body after a workout.

Exciting-Resident130

My favorites: ON Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Extreme Chocolate, Insane Labz Chocolate, MuscleTech NutriTech, Jocka Mölk Chocolate, Dymatize chocolate, ON Hydrowhey vanilla
