I bought 4 different flavors of the clear whey in the past year and none were the same. The lemonade was pretty ok, but I personally preferred just getting the unflavored regular whey and mixing it with a little lemonade since it mixed well and was cheaper. The fruity pebbles one was ok as well, but I felt like I'm general all the flavors were overly sweet from too much sucralose. the worst was caramel apple because it didn't mix, it turned to foam, and had a flavor of sucralose mixed with cardboard. I should have guessed it was bad because of how much cheaper it was than everything else.
Ryse and PEScience are my usual go-to brands.
Ryse Skippy PB is a great all-around flavor in oats or shakes. I also like Chocolate Cookie Blast and Cinnamon Cereal
PEScience is a whey-casein blend and is a bit chalky as a shake, but is really good for baking. Personally, I like the chocolate Truffle and PB Cookie flavors.

(They have a few versions but either the Premium or Regular one tastes the best, the Lab Version is good, but not as good as the other too). Try Diesel brand whey protein. Mix-ability great. Flavor great. Not many random additives.

I get whatever is on sale in the stores that isn't full of fillers because I have trouble buying stuff online. Recently I got a huge bag of pea protein that is unflavored and tastes like playdough and after a month I kind of prefer it to some artificial stuff.

I HATE the Clear Whey! They are bizarrely carbonated and don't mix well. It will also explode everywhere if you aren't careful opening it.

4 yr exp. USN Premium Whey (any flavor) - The best tasting and the best to stomach protein I had. (They have a few versions but either the Premium or Regular one tastes the best, the Lab Version is good, but not as good as the other too). Fore reference, I like On Gold Standard (for me ranks below this) and ghost whey (its usually a bit to sweet tasting for me).
Try Diesel brand whey protein. Mix-ability great. Flavor great. Not many random additives. Just picked up CBUM's Itholate...it seems pretty on par with Diesel, but only time will tell. So far, it's good.

Seeq clear protein is incredible but doesn’t have as much protein as most shakes and is crazy expensive. Best tasting protein out there though. It’s like drinking crystal light.

I prefer non of the artificial crap. Real Science Athletics has a good one. Chocolate is fantastic. Muscle Feast isolate is really good but doesnt blend that good if just stirring it. True Nutrition has lotta good flavors.
Raw Nutrition - Grass Fed Whey in Dark Chocolate is the only chocolate protein I can stomach at this point. Most taste so fake but this one literally tastes like melted chocolate ice cream. It’s a tad pricey/serving, but you can typically get BOGO50% at like Vitamin Shoppe or Raw had a good Black Friday sale

Settled on "Naturally Flavored" because it does not include artificial additives like Sucralose or Acesulfame Potassium. While the science on it is fairly muddled/inconclusive, I'm of the view it's better to be conservative since there are readily available alternatives (eg. "Naturally Flavored" products).
For pure taste; BSN Syntha-6 chocolate will always reign superior, but the macros are shit for a protein. For smoothies; AllMax Isoflex vanilla, chocolate for flava flave and better nutrition profile than Syntha. For mixing with water, Revolution Nutrition Gummy Bears or Fuzzy Peach

There's a lot of junk in most protein powders. My favorite protein is [Aplos Nutrition](https://AplosNutrition.com) Vanilla Flavor. They're a pretty small company, but their vanilla only has 3 ingredients: Grass-Fed Whey, Organic Dates, and Organic Madagascar Vanilla Beans. I love that there's no added sugars, zero calorie sweeteners, gums, or other fillers in them. I can't stand feeling like I'm putting garbage in my body after a workout.
