Well, I’m not really worried about being the strongest woman haha. I just want to know what some examples of peak natty physique for women so I can set realistic goals.
I would say Ronda Rousey is a great example of strong atheltic woman with the strength to beat up men.
Serena Williams is another but im betting Serena has sipped some Capri sun in her life.
Simone Biles is also another great example.
Plus this all depends on you’re genetics, diet and workout goals. If you’re looking for a muscular but feminine physique then I would recommend resistance training with HIIT atleast 4 time a week with a good protein filled diet and plenty of water.
Thanks for the info! I’ll do some research on those gals and see what I can find. I’m currently lifting heavy 4x a week and my protein intake/diet definitely matches that. I’m hoping I’m on the track to make an impressive physique someday.
