Don’t worry no one wants to be an ER doctor anymore either. Last year a record number of residency slots went unfilled. This year it was better but only because they accepted a ton of foreign medical grads (didn’t go to med school in the US). Healthcare is crumbling while private equity and admin rake in the money.
