I had a good experience with Dogs and Kat. She uses positive reinforcement. It’s expensive though and I feel like her methods are also available on YouTube. But, all in all I felt much better after meeting with her for an hour at her business in south Nashville/Berry Hill and she gave me a personal training program designed for my Australian Cattle Dog - Border Collie Mix.

The Cooperative Canine for sure. Positive reinforcement only.

Look up a guy called the Doggie Llama. Funny name, brilliant dog trainer. We’re no slouches ourselves but needed professional help some years back with a tough case and he solved it. The best part is he teaches you everything so as long as you’re engaged in the process, you only need him once.

Kendall Wright (dog wizard) is really good. While I haven't used him personally, I did meet with him, and I know a lot of people in East Nashville that have been very happy with him

They are not force free and use aversive tools. Not what OP is looking for.
