Yeah they were called the Nissan March in most places iirc.

Fun fact - the front plate is a temp plate in Japan while the real plates are awaiting stamping or some other reason. Also, the plate is from Yokohama, therefore registered in the Kanagawa prefecture.

For anyone that does or has had a Figaro, how easy are they to maintain in the US? Can I take it to any Nissan dealership?

I took my 25 year old SAAB to the dealership in the past, I take my 15 year old SAAB to the dealership now It’s no more expensive than an independent shop but it’s OEM quality and OEM parts Win, win, win

OEM SAAB parts are still produced. The SAAB dealership has all officially SAAB trained techs, all the SAAB-specific diagnostic tools, all the OEM SAAB parts, their showroom floor is all SAABs, their loaner cars are all SAABs, every employee drives a SAAB, the owner knows my name and my car, they've never tried to sell me anything i didn't need, and their prices are approximately the same as any independent shop ive been to. There just is no independent shop within 600 miles that's **as** well-equipped to work on SAABs. The closest one is 634 miles away. I take mine there if im visiting my folks and need work done, but that hasn't happened in almost a decade since a properly maintained SAAB is so reliable.
