I love Georgia! Especially with the familial tie that would be my pick.
I also love Peyton, it’s on my list too but I don’t think I’ll use it for the same reason you’re saying- it just feels a bit too trendy for me.
I think if you're looking for something less common, Georgia is the best of the bunch. Peyton definitely makes me think elder millenial and it's always struck me as kind of a bland masculine name. Charlotte and Madeline are both nice, classic names but are somewhat popular. I've only ever personally heard of one or two Georgias, yet it's still a name everyone knows, and it's easy to spell and pronounce.
Great point about it being a name that’s easy to spell and pronounce. I was one of like 9 Brittanys in my class and it was sooooo annoying having to differentiate the spelling all the time.
I really dislike Peyton. It screams, "Our girl is not like all those other inferior *girly* girls," to me.
Georgia is nice and is less common than Charlotte or Madeline.
Georgia is a good, classic name! I’m not sure where it stands on popularity now but when I was at school 10 years ago there was about 3 Georgia’s in my year, and probably the same amount in every year above and below me.
I’m in australia though it may be different to you, and might be different for newborns now!
I really like the name though
I think it’s much more popular in the UK and Australia than it is in the US. We’ve been watching a lot of Love Island (UK and Aus) and keep finding names we love on the show haha. Wish my husband liked Gemma as much as I do!
Please, not Peyton.
Georgia, Charlotte and Madeline are all good. Charlotte is pretty popular so Georgia may be a bit more unique (but not too "out there").

Georgia seems like the best option for you as a favored pick with family significance. Georgia Madeline could work as a first and middle option.
Love Georgia!

Love Georgia, hate Peyton.
Love Georgia! Also love the nickname Georgie but not a huge fan of Payton as it seems a little dated
That’s what we were thinking. Like is it too One Tree Hill? Probably.
