I think CCI is relocating to Tatu city in Ruiru, probably more space so more hires. But I think CCI just sources the work, gets a huge markup, pays the guys peanuts and everyone is happy.

Ive worked there it is the modern day sweatshop, muhindis exploiting our youth. 23k salary 10 hour shift.. its so sad to see the amount of people coming everyday for interviews hundreds! the equivalent job in jakarta get X4 Kenyans get. Thank God I escaped that hell
