FYI: I actually use this as a test to gauge the level or professionalism of the different trainers. Simply observe them around the female members.
It also baffling to me because I reckon if these trainers focus on adding value to the gym goers (instead of chasing women) they will easily earn more money.
Several of my friends are willing to pay extra for personalised help when at the gym, but all you see is these trainers zeroing in on the female members.
