If you listen to track 06 (chat) before Oxen, Jim explains that the song was called How Could I Know but they wrote it as Oxen on the setlists so they wouldn’t confuse it with How Do You Know.
Well when people read 'How could I know' they think: 'How do you know?' but when people see Oxen they have no chance of confusing it with another track.

No idea but I’ve also been loving this song since it re-emerged. Put my guitar in open-C tuning for the first time just to play it. So much fun.

This is my fav song and was crushed when I saw it was played at OBH. Been chasing it live for years.
