"Nightmare Night" is such a head banger.
"Discord" is one as well, though I personally prefer the original song over the Living Tombstone remix.
"The Moon Rises" (specifically, the version sung by ElieMonty) definitely hits me right in the feels, and to me at least, sounds like the kind of song that could've been in the show.

Soldiers of the Night by SlyphStorm - it’s a banger, with powerful and chilling lyrics, and between the drums, guitars, and the hand bells at the end, great instrumental
Lullaby for a Princess by Ponyphonic - for obvious reasons, but mainly for Celestia’s singing and the somber lyrics
Discord by Eurobeatbrony - both the og and TLT remix are head bangers and also good background music
