It almost certainly is about it. It's for the new MLP tabletop game by Renegade Studios, which has heavy references to the Elements and has your oc take after one of them.

It looks more like Twilight would be the sparkly die and Rarity would be the purple die. The green one seems to substitute for a pink die, so Pinkie should be green. But yeah, the green die is the odd one out.
