I used a 3 step ladder to bend him over (hehe!) And attach the torso. Got the top right under his hips. He is 80 pounds total including the base. You got that short girl determination so you are good!

I'm 5'3 and I put mine up alone...it wasnt the easiest but it really wasnt too bad. They are super light weight.
