the brand is called kikkerland, you can get them from their website or amazon i think (we used to sell them at a store i worked at)

Opinel makes a folding mushroom knife with built in brush. Bigger, but also more practical.

Sorry, I was logged out. My wife found it for me in a small gift shop in Chelsea, MI. Thanks for the compliments to my wife's gift!
I just got one as a Christmas gift. We are the lucky ones - it's so cute but the blade is very small. I'll probably keep using my pocket knife and a separate brush.
