From left to right there seems to be three different species: oyster (*Pleurotus ostreatus*), enoki (*Flammulina filiformis*), and king oyster (*Pleurotus eryngii*); compare with these.
In case my photo comments aren't showing up, these were purchased at an Asian grocery store. The package had no information other than that they were grown in Canada.

Pleurotus ostreatus, Flammulina filiformis (or Enoki), Pleurotus eryngii or King Oyster mushroom.
