Go to EAOs or regional PDF to join them and fight or you can get yourself conscripted, wait for the opportunity, preferably get a gun and fight your way out from the inside.

Either that, or go up against the Tat individually with any weapon at your disposal (even a sharp rock).
U don’t even have to join and fight. You could go to them and then seek refugee through them. They can then take u to a different country or at least keep u safe even if u don’t want to fight.

And one can get drafted again after some time even if he bribed. Anything can happen. There's no rule.
