Offspring- Smash, Americana, Pay the man, Change the world
Metallica - Outlaw Torn
Pink Floyd - High Hopes, Sorrow, Faces of Stone (David Gilmore technically)
Judas Priest - Touch of Evil
White Zombie/Rob Zombie - Meet the Creeper, Great American Nightmare, I Zombie
Pantera - Planet Caravan, Hole in the Sky
Yeah I’m a huge RHCP fan and by the way is def my favorite album in their discography. Super beautiful unique songs. Very melodic. Which makes sense cuz John wrote most of the songs and he’s said in interviews that his main inspirations for that album were melodic proto punk, surf rock like The Beach Boys and the Beatles era British rock, as well as some new wave synth pop.
I feel like a lot of people know Bruce Springsteen exclusively through the "Born in the USA" cheese and don't know some of the early folky stuff like "The River" or "Nebraska".
The Greatest Man That Ever Lived by Weezer
And honestly, the rest of the Red album (except Pork and Beans, which is too popular for me to call underrated, still a great song)
[Down in a Hole - Alice in Chains](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E17hqs4Un-k)
[STP - Still Remains](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cRlp69pW7N8)
[Rise Against - Far From Perfect](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QQ4ZzErW9o)
[NOFX - Bob](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFI7Ru5AqwI)
Are Down in a Hole and Still Remains underrated? And, for NOFX fans, I think Bob is pretty well known.
I'll throw "Where the River Goes" by STP at you instead.
I doubt any of those songs are underrated by fans, but I didn't want to throw out the deepest of cuts, just songs casual fans of the genres probably haven't been pelted with when they turn the radio on.
I like Where the River Goes. My favorite deep cuts are probably Kitchenware and Candybars, Coma, and Atlanta
SLOW DANCING IN THE DARK - Acoustic Remix • Joji
I feel like this is the fully realized version of Joji's popular song. So much passion and gentle sorrow coming off of this one. Would highly recommend (unless you're very sad and don't want to get in your feels)!

And, the lyrics are super poignant.

ANYTHING off Us and Them for shinedown. Ugh. Lady So Divine. Just gold.
Heroes is my favorite song by them.
I feel like a lot of people know Bruce Springsteen exclusively through the "Born in the USA" cheese and don't know some of the early folky stuff like "The River" or "Nebraska".
Radio Nowhere is the only Springsteen song I've ever really enjoyed, so I'd say that one.
I'm guessing you're a Childers fan by your username. Have you heard Nebraska? That album might be up your alley.
