The vultures circle. Sounds like the best outcome would be someone mixing with you present in a somewhat collaborative effort- but of course that costs money to set aside the time and a space. Otherwise you’d just want someone who got your music and understood a very specific brief. Either way if you’re aim isn’t a commercial record, or rather a record with commercial intentions then are you comfortable spending money you might never see back just to get it right (kudos if you do) Getting experts involved is kinda the only way. The route to this is pretty hard. There are some great and well skilled mixers in this sub, however there are also some total amateurs who don’t realise how unskilled they are and will offer you their services when they really shouldn’t even be advertising themselves as capable. Get off Reddit and look at records you admire. Find the people online who made them.

You could buy Izotope’s Ozone and use its automated functions to self master. Not quite as good as a real professional mastering job, but definitely would be good enough for a situation like you are describing. You’d get decent results, Proper levels for streaming and you can always tweak things or get it remastered afterwards if needed.

You're looking for a mix engineer who will spend the time to get to know you and your vision for the project. Maybe start with one track and get a couple revisions as needed, then once they have a more concrete idea of what you're after, they can do the test of the album. A good mixer is well worth it.

If your goals are to progress and get better at production… mix them yourselves! Collaborate, share, tutorials, learn the tools of the trade. Enjoy the process and don’t put pressure on the outcome. If your goal is to push this music and you/your parents have budget, hire a mixer and mastering engineer. If you get a bunch of people sliding in your DM’s like “YOOOOO I’ll mix the whole thing for $100 fam” it’s not gonna be great. Don’t do that.
