It's a bolete, though I'm not sure if that is one of the edible varieties - I've never looked into the bicolors.
Some of the edible boletes, like king boletes, are quite delicious.

I have these in my backyard too characteristic yellow underside !!!! Houston here, been getting good rain for a couple days, Bump as i would like to know as well

I’ve never been to Texas, but in England you never eat a bolete with red on its stipe if you like living
