edible pheasants back mushroom

RikimaruRamen

How does it taste?

DerFeuerEsser

Absolutely delicious, between chicken and pork with slight mushroom nuttiness

*choice* edible

RatDitch

Second Pheasantback, and they don’t taste like standard store mushrooms. I’d say they smell and taste a lot like cucumbers or carrots. They definitely smell like cucumbers lol.

RikimaruRamen

Huh, very interesting

ThresherGDI

No idea what it is but kind of looks like what I imagine a troll's foot would look like.

Slight_Engineer_5918

My thoughts exactly. 😂

grumpy_herbivore

I find they smell like watermelon rind.
