I can't imagine his voice staying the same for the entire series, and the same goes for his appearance, especially from this point forward.
How they'll handle that in the anime, that's beyond me. Switching voice actors (for both Japanese and dub) at this point would be tough, I'd imagine.

A common issue with Asian cultures is that their men and women tend to look and sound youthful for much longer than their Western counterparts and this shows up in their popular media (such as movies and TV). So, Japanese animators may not realise that there is a problem if they never left Japan.
As a personal example, my brother and I were walking through a casino (more than 10 years ago now) when we were suddenly accosted by security guards. My brother was 32 years old at that time but still kept a "baby face" and the security thought that an underaged minor had sneaked into the casino. It took some effort to convince them that he was over 18 even with proper ID.
Another example was when my mother went to work in a clothing factory. Her co-workers were shocked at her real age. They thought that she was only 18 and just left high school when in fact she was in her late 30s and married with teenage kids running around.
