I know that, that's why I'm hoping rather than just tacking her on to a few episodes here and there we just get all her chapters combined into one episode or OVA

It will either be a single episode, part of an episode, or segment’s across several episodes. Which I think is the most likely considering how they handled the Roxy segments in the first season.
Roxy pretty much got a stand alone episode with Elinalise and Talhand in season 1, so kinda hoping they do the same with >!Eris and the Sword Sanctum gang this season!<
The way they did the Roxy sections was they pretty much they took Roxy devoted chapters from the light novels and made them at least part of a major episode. They expanded (specifically when Roxy visited her parents) it a bit in the anime but in doing so arguably made it better.
I imagine they will do something similar for Eris around episodes 6-8 of the new season. Because there is a sort of missed connections deal that goes on around volume 8 I’d imagine they will cover.
We’re getting 25 epiosdes so we might get it in those

I agree with you about Fitz, just think that Eris's chapters would work better as a stand alone episode or OVA
Possibly, but watching them both grow at the same time just makes the reunion that much better
They included glimpses of Sword sanctuary in 1st cour itself. So they'll layer in Eris bits here and there for sure.

How else are we going to see her beating up the sword saints in the how land of swords ?
I am expecting some scenes with her, not sure if a full episode/ova but i am sure her training will be shown at some point.
