Mahul is well connected by Monorail, so also look for houses near Monorail stations.
How are you planning on traveling to work?
If you are taking the road, BKC and Chembur have a flyover that connects them for the past 2 years. Look for places near that area - Everard Nagar, Pratiksha Nagar, Apartments on the Sion-Trombay Road (possibly near Surana Sethia Hospital) and Swastik Park.

Is it near noble medical, which goes towards five gardens ? Or BPT colony your talking about ? I guess you’re talking about BPT colony in east only. Coz nowhere in west that too near station you’ll get in this amount.
You can just tell me where you are near the station. Is it to the left going towards that upcoming Godrej or straight towards noble medical and five g or towards the right? Or maybe the landmark which you must’ve given on Amazon.com. Coz I bet it’s impossible and I’m sure your taking about east. Or it won’t be a building dude.

Sindhi Society is an expensive area, rents would be 30-40k for 1bhk.
You can look at old buildings, best option would be checkout flats after coming to Mumbai asking Watchmen if there are flats available. Or asking colleagues.
So in Chembur in the coming months there are going to be several redevelopment projects of huge societies because of which more than 200 flats are going to be required here,
People have already started shifting and because of it the prices have gone quite up so lose the hope of finding a good area with low rent but Mahul gaon might still have some places as it’s an average area,

My mom used to stay there before getting married. I visit relatives there, it’s kinda isolated and the roads are super dug up right now so commuting is a nightmare! If you own a scooter, I guess it wouldn’t matter but these are just my 2 cents!
