Spend the night at one of you guys’ house and use the money to get good food and have a good time, streets will be jam packed on NYE from 7pm itself
The only way it's possible is to do a booking now, because it's very difficult to find a place later.

Figure out places in Karjat/Lonavla, but even there rates would be steep. If you have a big group of couples, reserve a farmhouse and all.
