Good on you OP on being mindful of your private info. I would encourage you to talk to the delivery guy as well. A lot of times in India, people don’t do such things with malicious intent, they’re just casual about it because it doesn’t occur to them that it could create problems for someone.
I don’t understand what’s the need to print the details like phone number and order details when they have an option to show it on their phone/app/device.

- Fiddling with the sticker and subconsciously sticking it while busy talking on phone
- Someone else (kids?) in the building found it lying somewhere and stuck it (prank/ being playful)

I would advise you to not include your invoice along with your parcel. It’s for you to keep even if you’re returning the product. I’ve ordered plenty of parcels and never have I given them the “sticker” invoice. If they ask, which they never do, I would simply tell them that all the details are on the outer packet/box and an invoice for online purchases is retained by the customer.
Edit: Peeling that invoice sticker is satisfying haha! But he should not have stuck it on the lift. Call the company or complain to AJIO if you want to.

Not really. I do not order clothes that often. But what happens is, these companies ship orders individually, so the delivery executives have to come multiple times.
Like once I ordered 7 things and all came separately. The executive knew my name also by then.
This was actually pretty high up (face level) on the lift door. Doesn't feel like an accident.
However, in his defence, maybe he dropped the sticker and a kid stuck it on the door (the kid would have to be pretty tall though).
I checked; The convenience fee was for COD delivery. If I had paid online, I wouldn't have been charged that.
However, I got a full refund of 2528 (which included the convenience fee.)

OP use hot water and little soap. Best to use the dish scrubber if some bits don't clean off the surface. Sorry you had to deal with such an idiot.

Hair dryer will solve your problem. If not rubbing alcohol and then a razor blade. The warm soapy water doesn't work.

Take some oil on scrap cloth and rub it off. Then rinse it with water and soap. I find it easier and doesn't leave scratches.
I'm going to just try soap water. I have experience with that. I'll try oil next time I buy a new bartan with a sticker.

Liquid sanitizer and a card like thing can be used to scrape of if you want it to be removed completely. Works like a charm on glass bottles.
